A potentially great app. Unfortunately it crashes at very inopportune times...
  • Just one minute got me started

Dan says that even one minute counts. That was about a year ago. I did a minute a day and started going through the courses offered in the App. Soon one minute lead to five minutes, then 10 minutes. Now, after a year, 20 minutes seems normal and enjoyable. This App was the gateway I needed to make this positive change.

If you are going to charge for an app, let’s take care of that upfront before you harvest my email. I would have never given an email if I knew it was $100 a year. What a joke!

They charged me $107 TWICE ! Even though they advertised $8.33/month! Hopefully there will be another app with same idea and LESS THE RIP OFF! Why!?!Why!?!Why!?!Why!?!Why!?!

There should be sessions where it just initiates you in meditation and then gets quite for 5min and ask to open eyes. Nothing in between.

If you are going to make an app that is free, at least let there be SOMETHING to to do if you don’t pay 20$ for “happiness” also you might get more attention if it is more than just 10% but anyway if you want to sell it without getting bad reviews just make it cost $20
  • It’s not actually free

Obnoxious to download these meditation apps that are “free”. Then after spending 30 min figuring everything out, you will realized there is a $9/mo fee.
  • I would have loved it even more if it was more affordable for Students

Having watched the same YouTube videos on mindful meditation available for free over and over again, I lost interest in the practice. I got back into the practice with this app and I am very grateful!! What I really like about this app is that it doesn’t have the annoying background music, it has clear and crisp instructions, great audio quality and most importantly - a sense of purpose built into the practice of meditation. The app is organized well and it is evident that the creators were probably also practicing what they preach because its mindfully done. Thank you for the hard work, I wish I could afford it and be a regular user.
  • Not free, 9$ per month

Try the Insight Timer app instead, it's free, has a large community, and the developer's head seems to be in the right place.

My job has a mindful minute challenge starting in October. I figured I would give it a try prior to the start to see how committed I would be. I’ve really gotten the most amazing experience out of meditation. I’ve tried it before, but there was a lot of self-condemnation. The guides in this app really help drive you to a place without that condemnation and really using the distractions as a mental note and bringing you back. The app itself has a great layout and a lot of options. I love it!
