I love the tools that this app gives me. It’s like a college course on my phone. I love the flow of it. I love the meditations. I love the different perspectives.

Would love to see a search function (on key words). And some meditations for athletes or sports performance would be a great addition. Thank you for a wonderful app with so much information on mindfulness and meditation.

Trying to start meditation as someone who is completely new and open to the concept. Met with constant roadblocks of needing to purchase meditations for specific things that I would like to focus on. If I’m not completely sold on mediation as a remedy for my internal issues, why would I immediately subscribe for a monthly fee? Nothing like throwing additional anxiety into the mix, whilst trying to be open minded, and excited to learn. Also I don’t like that you are assigned a coach who claims to not be a robot, but sends automated messages when I didn’t even ask a question. I really got too excited about the concept, and maybe paying for the full version would help, but how am I supposed to know that from the sample size I am given? Great idea, terrible introduction..
  • Great Content, Cluttered App

Love this app! The guided meditations are incredible, and unlike Headspace, you have a plethora of teachers to choose from. Each one offers their own interesting take on meditation, so it keeps the practice fresh. Really dig that aspect. Wish the app itself was easier to navigate. It’s a bit Byzantine, and needs some serious UX work to make it shine. TLDR: Great content, medium presentation.

I have tried other mindfulness apps but this is the best. I use it every day. There is so much there at first I was overwhelmed by all the content, now appreciate all the app has to offer. I bought the subscription after trying it out.
  • Way to much Dan Harris.

It gets really annoying to here this guy talking in the beginning of every session. The app would be much better without him
  • Never able to load the meditations

I was excited to just stop because of the reputation and quality of some of the teachers this day. And fortunately I was never able to hear a single meditation because they wouldn’t load. Also I don’t tell you what medications hopefully so you have to scroll through the checkout button you can experiment with before actually signing. If they fix the problems I would check it out again.

Fantastic app!!! Very well constructed, accessible, engaging, practical, and informative. I really appreciate the variety of well respected and experienced teachers. I would encourage both new and experienced meditators to check it out!

As someone who has struggled with depression and anxiety for the better part of 10 years, I can’t believe I never considered meditation. It may be due, in part, to being a child of western medicine. A pill always fixes everything. Wrong! I saw Dan promoting his new book and decided to read it. I then found the app and it’s difficult to remember the ‘before’ as my kids call it. I’m a mom of two teens, wife to a funeral director, a full time junior high teacher, and a junior high girls basketball coach. In the midst of all of this, I felt like I was drowning. Now, I reach for this app. Each morning, it starts my day. When work gets crazy, I find myself grabbing for it. At the end of the day, I reach for it before heading home. Seriously, IT’S SO WORTH IT!!!!

Somehow, a month after install and hadn’t touched it since, I started a 7 day Free Trial that I must cancel to avoid charges. Someone needs to explain how I started a free trial after a month of non use?!?!?! The best part is, in the email doesn’t explain HOW to cancel, just that I have to cancel to avoid undisclosed charges. If you are just browsing, SKIP this nonsense.
