  • This Process Does Not Work As It Should

    Many times, you order products on the app to be told a few days later it is sold out. Then why is it on the app? And why show us “in store only” products if we can’t have it??? Bar code scanner only works half of the time while in the park.
  • Too much is “IN STORE ONLY” and “OUT OF STOCK.” ☹️

    So few edible treats— none actually except extremely expensive Ganachery items (plus big shipping costs) — are available for purchase and shipping. Many non-edibles are also “In Store Only.” This totally ruins the usefulness of this app for me.
  • Rainbow shortage

    I’m extremely disappointed that Disney is unable to project demand for rainbow ears and pins especially for June which is traditionally Gay Pride month. Who ever is in charge of maintaining inventory should go back to school!!
  • Waste of time

    I attempted to order merchandise prior to my visit and have it delivered to my resort on my day of arrival. All merchandise was not available for this option. Lame!!!
  • They love to cancel orders

    I have had problems with my orders being canceled days after I have ordered and payed. They have only told me “ that happens sometimes”. They have also told me they would notify me when the item is available again.They never do. I have had expensive birthday gifts, Mother’s Day gifts, etc. canceled for no reason. Then you go to reorder and the item is sold out.All you get from them is I’m sorry and have a Disney day.

    I’m surprised Disney would have such a glitchy app. Their “My Disney Experience” app can do some amazing things. This app, however, seems to never be updated. Great idea but there seems to be no more support from Disney. It’s EXTREMELY slow. Sometimes it takes many many tries to log in and/or check out. Like the other reviewers, I get frustrated with orders cancelled for seemingly no reason. Come on, Disney. Sprinkle a little pixie dust and make this an easier and more efficient app to use.
  • Finally found the Avatar Banshee shoulder toy

    I finally found a way to purchase two of these Avatar Banshee shoulder toys. Amazon had them at double this price and not on Prime. However, I wanted to ship these out of state to my grandchildren directly, and this app didn’t have the option to modify the shipping address or for gift wrapping!
  • I avoid using this app unless I have to.

    I avoid using this app unless I actually have to. I would much rather go through the trouble of getting my MacBook out and going to the Shop Disney website. This app is very glitchy, every time I've tried to purchase anything using a Disney gift card the app freezes, and then a notifications pops up telling me my bag has been updated and it cannot continue the checkout. For those wondering, I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus.
  • Useless app, orders always cancelled

    Every time I have tried to order from this app my item has been canceled several days later because the item is “out of stock” despite the app showing the item as in-stock and available to order for several days after I’ve ordered . And the items were available in-store only - so they actually do have the item at the parks (which I though was the whole point of this app), they just won’t honor ship-to-home orders. They don’t even have the courtesy to send you a cancellation email. Customer service on this issue is horrible. I will be deleting this app from my phone because it is useless and a complete waste of time.
