I need more control over where photos get saved. I have work and personal photos and no good way to back the right ones up to the right accounts or remove the wrong ones only from the wrong accounts.
  • So far so good!

App does what it says buttttttt it appears to slow down after sometime of uploading files, it could be because of the amount of people uploading their pictures library at the same time.

On my iPad, the app only shows a very small subset of my photos by default. In order to get it to show more, I have to do a very specific search such as "this month". The app works fine on my Android device.

I’ve been using Google Photos for about a year now and it’s been really useful. The app lets you save your photos to the cloud, which allows you to see your photos on any device, which is really useful, and the best part is that it’s free (unlike Apple’s photo storage program.) Another great aspect of the app is the “Assistant” feature. The assistant is a program that occasionally suggests you to share a photo with your friends (which is really easy in this app), or sometimes it compiles old pictures of documents that you forgot to delete and reminds you of them. One of the best parts of the assistant is when it does “reminders”, in which it puts together an album of old photos from a memorable day or trip. This feature lets you revisit an almost forgotten day, and it can be quite nostalgic. Overall, I would really recommend downloading the app
