  • After update siren doesn’t work

    After installing the most recent app update my guardzilla siren now turns it self off... I will turn the siren on and once exiting the app and going back in the siren is off.

    App worked until last few updates. Unable to view the motion event. It doesn’t load. Then app freezes. It’s pretty much worthless to have it set to detect motion coz u can’t view it.

    The device does not work. The features do not work, the alerts tell you there is activity and you when you go to event history..., nothing. Someone should get a class action lawsuit started because this company is ripping people off! You buy a device that costs nearly the amount of a drop cam and it yields no results. I wouldn’t use this device to watch a teddy bear yet alone my house! Everything about this company is bad news, can’t wait for them to go bankrupt. My two yr old could design a better app. Constantly changing but never improving. Nothing ever works don’t waste your time, or money.

    I don’t know why all the hate in these reviews. I have 4 indoor and 1 outdoor camera and they are really great. They allow me to check in on my home from wherever I am with my iPhone. I can see and hear what’s going on in real time. The main reason I bought them was to keep an eye on our dogs when we are not home. With the new updates to the app it’s even faster to connect and start streaming. I don’t pay any monthly fee for monitoring. This is not supposed to be the worlds best home security system. It’s simple to hook up, simple to use, and does its purpose. I think most of these bad reviews are coming from people that don’t understand how to hook up and use these cameras. I’ve recommended these to friends and coworkers and they love them too. These are great, and I highly, highly recommend you try them out and see for yourself. Great product.

    Undoubtedly the WORST app I’ve ever used! Cameras are less than average quality. The app often fails to connect and freezes after connecting. Will probably trash the whole mess and replace it with a product of higher quality and better reliability.

    Won’t play back video After it attempts to record motion won’t save video when it downloads to your phone as well, says it’s downloaded but can’t find it in pictures I use an iPhone 8 crappy software.

  • Terrible camera

    My Guardzilla camera was awful and laggy when I first bought it in 2014, but the app rivals it in terrible quality. No way to view MAC or IP address. No way to manage anything or view network settings. Very disappointing. I wasted $100 on this camera and I should have returned it ages ago
