I got it all set up on my computer but when I went to the app on my phone and went to enter the PIN there was no lace for it.
  • Not working

No place to enter the Remote Desktop code
  • No way for me to connect!

    By Oksucks
Google, help! I'm sitting here with my Chromebook displaying a code to enter for connection. The app on the iPad is saying it will display somewhere for the coffee to be entered "on this page", but they're is absolutely nowhere for me to enter the code!! One star, because this obviously renders this app 100% totally useless.
  • Half of the time when I turn it on screen stays black

The app very frequently does not connect with a strong LTE signal.
  • Google doesn’t care about what we say

    By okokiamme
Google doesn’t seem to care about reviews. They never respond to any questions. Never address issues that multiple people have posted. Why have reviews if your just going to ignore them and do whatever you want. Would expect more from a multi billion dollar company.
  • Offline? Really?

I’ve tried this between my iPad and my MBPro and my iPad and my Windows PC. Both say “device is offline” even though I’m sitting right next to them and they’re both clearly online. What does one do when one has a problem? Google for a cure, of course. Alas, there you will find many, many people with the same problem and I have yet to see a response from Google. I was hoping this would be a good solution for me to be able to take my iPad on the road with me for sales calls and still be able to access our specialized software on my office PC, but alas, Google has let me down. Too bad because I’ve always been pleased with Chrome and Gmail.
  • A’Yo, it works pretty nice

Good control and easy access. Could use special feature keyboard for mobile app
  • Can’t Even Use The App

    By Jdjdjdjdjkxkkkxkwj
When I launch the App it asks me to sign in and once I do it gives me one static screen that cannot be changed. All I can do is swipe to get some sort of refresh animation and swipe right to get the option to log in and log out of google accounts. It WONT let me connect to any desktop nor does it even give me an option. Horrible and simply pathetic UI for a company of this proportion.
  • No CMD key for Mac ??

Love this app, but PLEASE add support for apple’s command key when connecting to a Mac. Can not get this even with a Bluetooth keyboard connected to the iPad
