  • Error messages

    This app was my saving grace at one point but then it stopped working correctly. Time restrictions can’t be change and all I get is an error message that says it will be “reported”. Very frustrating and a waste of money at this point.

  • Was great until recently

    I was enjoying this until just two days ago. When you had an update for some big fixes. Well nothing was fixed, if anything it made the program not work anymore. Since that day I can’t see any calls or texts anymore in my app...says no data today which I know isn’t true since my number always shows up. Content filters aren’t working either. I hope this is fixed ASAP and I’ll change my review and rating. Pretty upset since I’m paying money for this.

    This app and the “protection” it is supposed to provide is BOGUS. WHY PAY FOR A SERVICE TGAT DOES NOT DO AS ITS STATES - you will Not receive the warnings and alerts as advertised. VERIZON is ripping you off!!
  • Update FAIL

    This app worked amazing and is super handy for teenage kids. I loved being able to just restrict data on her phone when I felt she was on the internet too much. But ever since the last update—I can’t use the “content filters”... and repairing the phone 500 times doesn’t work. Fix this now! Good grief!!
  • Horrible!!!

    I got a little excited when I saw that there was an update for the app, I thought maybe the problem with it crashing all the time would be fixed, but it was not to be. I have an iPhone and an Android. I pay the $4.99/month for this service. It works great on my Android! I never have any problems whatsoever. But if I’m on my iPhone and I open the app it will load and I might get to look at the call list or whatever for 30 seconds before it crashes. Every. Single. Time. Surely Verizon can figure out how to fix this!!! I have read through enough of the reviews and they almost ALL say the same thing!! Maybe Verizon isn’t listening to customer feedback!! But it is beyond frustrating!!!!!! Please Verizon fix your app that people PAY for!!!!!

  • Closes Abruptly. Won’t remain open

    As I scroll through information, the app closes abruptly. It does it each time I open it after only a few seconds. The monthly service is too much to pay for a faulty app.
