  • I love it

    By AshleyAmigo
Really love the new update on the interface. I was an Apple Music & Spotify user, and was looking for a change. The HiFi/Master tracks are great if you value quality. It’s a good app.
  • Very annoying

By Travis Scott is the goat
This app is extremely annoying, creating a playlist is annoying because of all the glitches the app has, you can’t search for songs so it’s almost impossible to know if you have duplicates and you can’t sort your songs at all in your playlists I mean and sometimes the app doesn’t allow you to delete songs from your playlists saying there are errors which makes no sense to me,and songs are constantly being deleted or not available to play anymore due to the record label literally only days after I add them . And it crashes too much. Definitely not worth the switch from Spotify
  • What the hell

Songs won’t play. Just non stop buffering. You have about 1 more week and I’m switching to Apple Music.
  • And the winner is...TIDAL!!!

I really feel like the word audiophile sounds entitling, but if you have a sense of what things should sound like, have a decent DAC, a GOOD pair of headphones, you could definitely tell the difference in quality. Even more so if you're listening on a laptop or desktop, with the hi-fi subscription. I would even go as far as saying that most of the music on TIDAL sounds better than cd’s. “MASTER” exclusives sound AMAZING. Good job, TIDAL.
  • Can’t stream via cellular!!!!

For the two weeks I have been unable to stream using my cellular data....
  • (New update messed up app) Gotta love that lossless audio and explosive dynamic range!

    By Rhettsterhhhh
Last week's update had caused the app to randomly not buffer. I'll just be playing fine and then all of the sudden, it'll take 5 minutes to buffer one song on 72Mbs WiFi and LTE. It doesn't matter what network I'm on. The glitch doesn't happen all the time. Review of Tidal Hifi. This sound quality is great. Not only are you getting lossless audio, you also get proper dynamic range (0-100Db)! This has taken me by surprise. For example, a song suddenly exploded after sounding a little soft. That's how music was mean't to be heard. Even if you choose "high" instead of "HiFi", you still get the same dynamic range. The app itself could use some work but it's still more stable on older devices than Spotify. One other thing I want is iOS 6 support. I have iOS 6 devices that would be great to be able to stream from.
  • Just downloaded

I downloaded the app on my iPhone. But I’m only in a 30 day trial session. It’s connected to my WiFi, but it’s saying no connection. So I’m unable to play anything. I believe this is the reason I didn’t keep this app last year. I could t get anything to play.

I think it’s a great a music app. I am new to this and I’ve been with Apple Music for a year. I wanted to try something new and came here. On my phone it’s kind of laggy and slow.
  • Frustrated and disappointed
