    This app is absolutely amazing to sell almost anything you can imagine but i wish I could see who liked my post so I can send them a message if they were interested more and we could work out a deal but now I can’t see who all like my post. Wish they could bring that into the app. Other than that this app is amazing

    I have been with this app since it first started. It seemed like things were better then, well at least customer service was now I feel they’re very overwhelmed. I recently shipped out an item Making sure each piece was double wrapped in bubble wrap and bubble wrap was placed in between those pieces and with the extra room in the box extra bubblewrap was packed into all of the corners including the top and bottom out of the 13 items three of them broke well the buyer was reimburse their money and they were told they could keep the merchandise I was told I had to file a claim with USPS. Case closed SMH I told them I didn’t think it was fair and that I wanted my items back but because it was a cancellation buyer didn’t have to send them back. Customer care sent me pictures as I requested all of the merchandise broken and when I went to file the claim with USPS they stated there was no insurance on the package. Customer service told me they do not offer insurance on a four dollar shipping I don’t know where they got that information from because it clearly stated that it was a nine dollar shipping fee Insurance included.When I contacted customer service they stated they can’t file claims with FedEx. So I went back to customer service they said that the case was closed end of discussion I don’t think it’s fair.... i’ve never had an issue like this before and hopefully I won’t ever again. I’d really hate to have to pull all my “ breakables” From my listings Those are basically more than half of my listings. Needless to say I never received my items back and I was unable to file a claim because I did not have proof that it was sold. Agent I was dealing with put The item in in active.

    Hey developers I had given this app a 5 ⭐️ but I changed that I have been buying and selling on here for a few years and had loved it for the most part or when they don’t like something you say so they block you out of your account that’s just stupid. I had to get new cards bc I misplaced mine their here in my bedroom somewhere just can’t find them so I’m trying to purchase something on here and these goofy ppl want me to verify my cards so Ok our amounts don’t match I send front and back pic of my cards asking them to help I get:in an effort to keep this a safe marketplace blah blah blah bull over and over I ask what else can I do I don’t have but the amount I have so maybe will you help tell me who to contact I want to fix it but in the meantime I’ll be spending my money elsewhere can’t do it here if I get it fixed I’ll change to 5⭐️ again,I will be waiting and spending my money everywhere. . . .Hello developers,I did reach out to this email address I keep getting the same thing I can’t get them verified bc the amounts my card company gave me do NOT match your amount but nobody will help me I’m so mad and frustrated I seriously do NOT know what else to do if someone would PLEASE help me I’d deeply appreciate it all I want is to be able to purchase on this app again and I know someone can help me with this situation but it seems like you guys don’t care!! Don’t you want my money?? That’s all I’m asking is for someone to fix this I used the card one this site then they throw this up st me this happened a while back and you guys fixed it!!

    I cherish (most of) my interactions on this app. Yet......Seriously-without fail, the app crashes multiple times per day. To add to this irksome frustration, when opened (or more often, reopened) it take anywhere from 1-4 minutes for anything to load. All the while, Notifications pour in, yet given that nothing loads right/in any semblance of quick timing, and that the app will inevitable crash shortly after finally getting anything to load, it’s really hard to actively engage any interactions, cherished or otherwise. I’m about ready to deactivate every post & head fully into poshier lands...

    I was a long time user of this app for both buying and selling with hundreds of positive reviews. I recently had a horrible experience as a seller. Sold a bottle of perfume to a buyer who claimed the item was not accurately described (apparently this is a reason to return anything with mercari) They approved the bogus return and had the buyer ship the item back to me. Problem was that all this occurred while I was away on vacation. You only have a 24 hour window to approve and accent the return once the tracking shows item delivered or they cancel the transaction. I got in touch with their 'support' through both the app and Facebook messenger explaining that I was out of town for a week, even showing boarding passes as proof of travel. They refused to extend the window of time for me to receive and inspect the return. Upon arriving home I found that the item was improperly shipped back to me and damaged. Not only am I out the money from the sale but also out an item worth over $120. The item was clearly tampered with and certain items should never be returnable to begin with for this reason. Customer 'support' (which doesn't help at all) sends the same generic messages over and over and will cut out your ability to message them back at any time. I have had to re-open a claim for help several times. They do nothing to help the seller, only make it easy for a buyer to return absolutely anything just by saying it's not as described. There is no way for the seller to have a say in the matter, even showing photographs and detailed listings does not help in this case. Please, please save yourself the time and money and use eBay where you will receive seller protection and the ability to speak with a human on the phone should you encounter an issue. I have since closed my account here, this company is a scam and you can easily lose here no matter how honest of a seller you are or how good your ratings are.

    I sold one item and have still not gotten paid as you have to wait for the customer to give you feedback and to me that is the most stupid thing I want paid up front into a paypal account that I have before I even ship the item to make sure hey are actually going to pay me I will be taking my items to sell on Facebook and eBay screw this app
