    Once again you can’t connect acorn to AppleTV. Why is it so hard to update your app to work with new Version of IOS? Everytime Apple updates the IOS you take days to get your app on board.

    I love the shows on Acorn but they have a major problem in that if you sign out of Acorn and try signing in again, it never seems to remember your password. It takes them a long time to resolve any problems also. If I didn’t love the shows so much I would deep six this app.

    There have been a few glitches here and there but that’s with most every app on Apple. I watch AcornTV more than Netflix and Amazon Prime. The app is easy to use. The selection is awesome. It’s easy to use. And it is works well across platforms.

    If you are running the latest software update, forget it. This app will not let you in. If you try logging into your existing account it will keep telling you that your email or password are incorrect. Trying to reset your password? Good luck with that too. That option will not let you complete either. Acorn will however let you into your account if you do it via their website, thereby bypassing the app. This app needs a major overhaul and total revamp since the last system update. Last year I opted for the annual subscription, but I think I will cancel and maybe revert to the monthly option, or maybe not! UPDATE: It’s working again at last. I get royally brassed off with apps that do this, which is a shame really because I love the fabulous content. So for the content, I would amend the rating to 3*.

    Have to REMEMBER which episode of a series you're watching when you return to app gotta figure out if episode is up or down. what is wrong with you people? cant you check PRIME to see how they cue up shows in progress. You're pushing me to Britbox

    So the one thing I have an issue with is I purchased it and I use it with screen share on my AppleTV but it doesn’t come across on Xfinity.com that I purchased it.... so I can only watch it off my phone but I don’t have any issues at all everything is great And Loch and a lot of the programs are amazing. Airplay on my Apple TV is excellent Striking Out!! ♥️ Agatha Raisin is hilarious East of Everything is really fascinating and he’s hot! about Australia Loch Ness. 👍🏻 Acceptable Risk was awesome crime drama I’m on series 3 of Doctor Findlay It’s good. To slow for some possibly but very heart and medical developments after the war. Like it now xo Wow I look at that I’ve been watching a lot of TV LOL

    I have unsubscribed several times due to issues with streaming on my apple products. So I relented and subscribed again and same problems I paid for renewal but can't get app to recognize my Apple ID sign on. I love the programming but never have this problem with brittv
  • iPhone version will not connect to Chromecast

    While my wife’s Android version of the app will happily connect to our Chromecast, my iOS version doesn’t even appear to have the option. What the heck? Please add this feature!
  • Sometimes works sometimes doesn't

    The content is excellent when the app works. Right now when I finish an episode of a show and stop casting using Chromecast the screen on my iPhone or iPad goes black and I either have to delete and reload the app or turn off and turn back on the device. The app used to work correctly. So what changed?
  • Hope this gets better, but so far, waste of money.

    I subscribed through the App Store on Apple TV and —ALL OF A SUDDEN— Acorn required me to sign in directly within their app. No place on the home screen or in settings to restore my App Store purchase/subscription. Lost $14 dollars. Hopefully they’ll get this fixed. Took me a while to sort it. CANCELLED! Anyway, they have cool shows and hopefully they’ll make it better before 2018 is put to bed. When the app allowed me to log in, it was good enough to watch. Best of luck Acorn! Hope you sort it out.
