  • Won’t analyze...

    Gave the app a couple chances.. seems great, however, when analyzing to see my results, it either stops at 98% or it’ll just stay at 0%. Disappointing.
  • Crappy App

    I have tried to use this for over 2 weeks In the mornings it keeps giving me a message that says it can’t analyze my sleep. It tells me to dismiss and try again.... Waste of time, find a different app to use. I have tried 3 times to remove it and reload it - same results! App Needs serious overhaul.

  • Automatic sleep + sleep phases time?

    Only been using the app (premium) for a couple nights and with Apple Watch. I wish the app showed the total amount of time spent in each sleep phase like. deep sleep: 43 mins, REM: 2 hours, etc. Also, maybe a little more complicated but, Pillow would be really awesome for Apple Watch owners if the it could detect sleep automatically, without having to start and stop the sleep session (like other apps already do). I look forward to changing my rating when those features are implemented! Keep up the good work guys!
  • Best Sleep I Have Ever Gotten

    I have insomnia and it takes me forever to get to sleep, but thankfully I don’t have to worry about it affecting my wake up time and forcing me to miss meetings. Pillow somehow wakes me up perfectly and gets me out of the door in time. Getting up in the morning worries me and fuels my insomnia, so not having to worry about it is one of the best feelings in the world. The best part is that when me doctor asks “how well have you been sleeping” i just take out my phone and flip over to my chart. Thank you pillow for stopping a struggle that could have caused me my job.

  • Great results but a few personal preferences to change

    I got this app yesterday because I’ve been sleeping way too late in the mornings and going to bed way too late at night and so I thought this would help me get a great night sleep! And it really did! I didn’t even get that many hours but I feel soooo refreshed and it woke me up at just the right time. One thing I didn’t like was that when the snooze went off, I couldn’t turn it off except by opening the app and when I tried to turn the volume down, it just got louder and louder and louder!! Also I’m not a huge fan of their go to bed sounds because they’re way too loud for me and I like nice background noise and I couldn’t open my rainmaker app because you can’t close the app before you go to sleep. Also, I don’t want to keep my phone right next to my pillow, but I want to be able to put it in my desk. Otherwise it’s a great refreshing start to my day!!

    Description states that this app supports family sharing, however when my husband purchased the app, we discovered that this is not the case. If I want to use the full version, I must pay another $5. That was very disappointing to us.
  • I wanted to like it

    I’ve used this app only twice. The first time I used it, the app woke me up at 2:00 am. I had set it to 7:30. I stopped using it, but I liked the graph representing my sleep. I tried again some days later. I was traveling and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try it without waking up my wife, in case it didn’t work. It didn’t. It woke me up at around 4:00. Even if my sleep is light at those times, why would the app wake me up hours earlier than the time I set? I’m afraid to try it again.
  • Really like it, but...

    Can you make an option for disabling the sound alarm? I typically need to wake up earlier than my partner and wake up better using the haptic vibrations (to be honest, I usually sleep through most sound alarms). From what I can find there is no way to just use the vibration alarm. Beyond this it seems like all the other bases are covered. I really like the notes feature and seeing consistencies within my sleep patterns.
