    The program will not allow me to go back to look at the previous night’s sleep numbers without having the popup screen to upgrade appear and block me from doing so. The program is supposed to have this function without having to upgrade. So this upgrade popup window is really aggravating!!!! And it is making the program a lot less functional than it should be!!!
  • Great app but iWatch support is choppy.

    The functionality of this app is wonderful and the insight it provides is great. That being said they way that the app communicates with the iwatch needs help, many times it switches my phone into landscape mode when I start a session on the watch (manual mode) and if I don’t follow the steps exactly right in the morning all my sleep data for that night is lost. Great potential but still has a ways to go from a reliability standpoint.
  • Great potential, but needs to resume sleep after restroom trips

    I’d like to get the paid version, but since it only records snippets of my sleep activity due to waking up to use the restroom then it doesn’t register when I go back to sleep, so it shows I’m only sleeping 2-4 hours per night instead of ALL my sleep. Hopefully this will be fixed and I will upgrade. For now it gets 2 stars because it only records sleep intermittently rather than every time I go to sleep.
  • The update that claims to fix the blank sleep diagram didn’t fix it.

    The sleep diagram still shows up a giant black graph which leaves you unable to accurately edit it. Update to the update: From the developer: “Hello! The issue with the blank graph when editing a session will be fixed very soon. Apart from the addition of the Sleep Diary view that appears while Pillow is in Automatic mode, there have been no other changes. You can switch Automatic mode any time through settings if you prefer manual mode. We're also happy to let you know that we're working on a redesign that will make Pillow much easier and intuitive to use. Thank you for your patience!" Even IF they fix that, I’ve noticed a new issue where 6 months of my sleep data is now missing for effectively no reason. Below is the developer’s response to that. From the developer: “Thank you for your response. Technically, the data should be there but the app does not have the ability to access them. We are doing everything possible for this data to reappear in the upcoming updates, but this is something that, unfortunately, is not guaranteed.” I’m not sure who is in charge of the development of this app but it went from several years of solid, flawless operation to amateur bugs with no guarantee of resolution. In summary: If you intend on always having your data accessible to you, look for another app. Decreasing the rating from 5 stars to 2 until both issues are resolved and normal operation is restored.

    Was hoping for an easy way to track sleep on Apple Watch. Unfortunately it only seems to work about half the time- literally every other day there is data and then not. I hope they improve it soon

    Downloaded the app at few days ago. Used it for a couple of nights. I went to bed and started the app. When I woke up it said zero hours of sleep. The night before it said I only slept 12 mins. Lol this app is a joke.
