  • Functional and bare bones

    The pros: simplified controls, results, and good pacing for training for a half. The opportunities: let me manually add distances and times for when I am running on a treadmill. At times the program seems to get impatient with my pace and shuts down before distance goals are met.

    I got this app in a bundle with the c25k app. This app is disappointing as a beginner runner trying to focus on my training and not on my phone while running. The app DOES NOT dim your music when it reads your distance, pace, etc. Also when I used it on a track it wasn’t tracking the right mileage. I wish it would let you go back and view the badges you’ve accumulated, but once they are gone, they are gone.

  • Kept crashing, not compatible with new iOS!

    The app worked great until about 6 weeks through the training. Every time I opened it it would immediately crash. I couldn't get it to start the workout. Then I received a notification saying that the app isn't compatible with the new iOS, to contact developer. I emailed them to address the issue and they told me that they were aware of it and the development team is considering it 🙄so I deleted the app.

    Would be nice if they added a field for notes, particularly for cross train days or trail running, etc. also, if it gave you the option to check outdoor street, trail or treadmill.

    Irritated that this app crashes consistently when trying to record a training session. Also, when going back in to edit a workout with stats from another working app, it only allows me to edit the mileage not the time or pace. Disappointed to say the least, especially when the C25K app is so user friendly.

    This app is the most unstable piece of crap I have ever used. Crashes CONSTANTLY. Most of the time I can't even open it before it crashes. Do not buy!
