    I am a yogi who didn’t like meditation. I kept trying it because it was supposedly good for my depression and anxiety but it was rare for me to enjoy it. I’ve tried numerous apps but didn’t like most of the guided meditations which were either over spiritualized for my taste or overly psychoanalytical. This app has changed not only my love for mediation but has started stabilizing my moods! Checking in is the first thing I do every day and night and sometimes even multiple times throughout the day as needed. I have yet to meditate without an improvement of my thoughts and emotions. The guided meditations are simple and effective. Never intimidating or strange. I have recommended this app to all my friends and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with stress or negative thoughts/emotions in their life!

    Hi, my name is Michele and I am back at it again! My biggest advice is to “Don’t give up” the accountability and support counseling was very helpful and supportive. I think if you have quit for 6 weeks... well that is awesome, for myself it didn’t get easier with time... eventually (1) time I went for enough months that I believe I was home free... I was proud of myself and even realized that I felt “FREE” of the addiction, no more worrying; about running out of smokes, and my hands were good with out a smoke. But, what I seem to do is “THINK” I quit, so a drag here won’t kill me??? Right?? Wrong... right back to starting over quitting again, I thought that since I did it ( several) times. I even felt like I was a non-smoker.. Until I was again addicted to the same thing AGAIN! So, for myself the support needs to go longer, maybe even more times a week and for sure, the follow up counseling should go longer.... I thought I was home free... and now I get to go through hell again! I’m mad at myself and feel like a big loser! So time to give myself a break and just do it again and hopefully; by The Grace of God... I will stop this hold that nicotine has on me. Thanks for the help, it did help... But for myself, 3 months and the cravings were stronger than my will power! Wish me luck!

    I too am not an avid reviewer for most products but even the basic FREE App has been a blessing for me. I have terrible anxiety and PTSD. This APP has been helping me calm my thoughts and soften mood shifts from triggers around me. I’ve liked it so much that we are also using the App for kids and it’s helping our daughter with focus and calming. I couldn’t recommend this more to anyone needing a mental break throughout the day. Just a pause to lift your mood and bring calm to your day.
