  • Refund those who bought this junk

    By RockerAnna
How can i get a refund? Works for six months but not all the time. Since I got iPhone 7 it will not work at all. But now I noticed that sometimes I can hear my regular google map application voice speaking with before I never could. I am going to press for a refund and suggest others do the same
  • Terrible

This app works correctly less than 25% of the time. It frequently fails to work at all. I often end up using google maps or some other map or gps program to get directions. For me, this app was a complete waste of money. I will be using a GPS when I really need to get directions. Save your money and buy a reliable GPS.
  • Without offline maps a waste of time

May as well use your mobile and not bother with this convoluted hack.
  • Stopped working

Was using this on my 6s plus and with the new update it just stays in the splash screen and doesn’t go to maps. Honda fix this or provide a refund.
  • Very Aggrivating

I have used this app since buying my 2014 Civic. It has always had problems but since upgrading my phone to iOS 11.2.1 it won’t even open. Time to get out the Garmin GPS for navigation.
  • Stop working iPhone 7plus iOS 11.2.1

    By HariATL
Not a good apps for navigation but there is no choice for Honda owner. This apps seems to work fine before. After I update to the latest version (iOS 11.2.1), it stop working. I can’t even open the app. Looks like their latest update is not compatible with the iOS latest version. Hope to get fixed soon. I was relying on this app a lot.
  • Map Updates

    By Duck240
The latest version shows a white bar on the top of the screen. Is there any way to revert back to older version. The version that I am using is the one that is compatible with iPhone 10. You can only see half of what is at the top making the latest version unusable. Fix please ASAP. You have ruin a good app. You could at least checked before putting it out to make sure that it is compatible with all phones. Mine is the iPhone 8. This version locks up when you try to put in your home location.
  • Garbage

I hate this app so much, I will never own another Honda because of it.
  • Fails to work.

    By burningwar
For the past 6 months, it has failed to connect to its remote server, regardless of which connection I am on, irreverent of numberous reinstallations, and definitely out of my ability to diagnose, even with the internet's help. So, to me, this is a $60, functionless application. I can see a map, but I cannot use any other function, including navigation, search, and traffic. At this point, I consider this a nonfunctional application.
  • Don’t waste your money if you want to be able to listen to music and navigate simultaneously.

    By janmillan
App connects fine sometimes. But you loose music control. If you want to change a song you have to exit the app change your song on your phone switch back to the app on your phone, press the honda link icon on your car screen and wait a loading screen of about 30 seconds to be able to continue using the navigation feature. This completely defeats the purpose of me wanting to be able to have navigation on the car screen so I don't have to use my phone. UI could improve greatly. Clock stamp completely covers up where the street and direction that is coming up next is displayed. -Civic EX-L 2015
