    Our first time cruising can’t imagine ever sailing on a different cruise line. Our servers were amazing far exceeded what I expected. To be surrounded by such beauty almost made me cry.

    All crew members were excellent, I have nothing bad to say about their service. The food could be better unless I pay extra to eat at a fine dining like Palo or Remy. The service in Palo was excellent didn’t feel like we were rushed compare to the second seating for dinner. I didn’t utilize the youth club as much as I should. There were 4 boys in my group and the youngest is 32 months. He was not able to join his big brother and his cousins to the youth club since he was not 3yrs and above yet. It was difficult to see my 32 month old isolated from his big brother and cousins. He would of been happy if he was with them. Prior to booking this trip, I inquired about the youth club if my boys can be together and not get separated? I was told by one of the rep “that won’t happen and that they’ll be together.” The whole time he was in the nursery he was upset and sad. I appreciate that all the counselors at the nursery did the best they can to make my 32month old happy. I even offer to come back to youth club to change my son’s diaper if need be as long as they’re all together? It was very disappointing to hear that there were no flexibility to this type of issues?

    This app is the way we communicated the whole cruise. It was so helpful to have all the info on your device. And we used it a lot to keep track of when activities were happening. Like (heart by event) what you want to go to and receive a notification on your phone.
  • The cruise from hell

    Every thing we did was a problem every turn we made was an issue every step we took chased down to wash our hands. Disney has no care what so ever for parents and only a small bit of care for the children “if they’re the right height or age” my daughter wasn’t allowed on slides even when she made height requirements my wife was pushed away by characters for a simple hello and possible hug. The last day we saw two characters roaming the boat. What about the other 7 days you ask? Nothing unless you are waiting in an hour line to get to the characters and be told they need sleep. Are you serious Disney? The nursery had absolutely 0 experience calming an upset child. My wife and I had one dinner one night scheduled since we booked the trip all to be ruined by the nursery as they made my daughter sit in a corner and scream and cry until she threw up. All to the be told by head of guest services that he must “force” us to bring her to the hospital or she will not be allowed off the ship at castaway cay. And that was a whole other game. Weather was terrible every excursion offered cancelled no characters visible on the island. Constant dirty looks and miserable guests. The only good part of the ship was the wait staff and hostess .. carnival cruise line here we come! Oh I forgot to mention after spending $7000.00 on the trip and $2600 on the boat Disney was so kind to offer us swimming goggles for 3 people. For free to enjoy there own personal island? Nope for over 100$ to use for two hours . The only fun we had was off the boat at our ports of Call. #cantwaittogethome.

  • Pros and cons

    Cons: 1. We as guest should be able to adjust the gratuity of and staff, when the service is very bad. Our stateroom host was very rude at times, didn’t replenish toiletries. Got an attitude because we were in the room when he came in to clean. 2. It would of been nice to know at time of check in that the bands for the youth areas carries a deposit and need to be returned. Finding out when you receive your invoice is not the best way of communicating charges. Pros: 1. I truly love the Disney way of making it easy for kids to be kids. Our nieces both 12 years old, was able to maneuver throughout the ship with very little assistance from us adults. 2. I like that Disney didn’t make the adult activities so expensive that you wouldn’t do any of them. 3. Our dinner Head Server, Server and Assistant Server were awesome for me and my wife at table 56 8:15 pm dinner time slot. Privilege, Richard and Ali was the best.

    We are currently on a Disney Cruise. I really liked the old version. The new version has parts that crash. The dinning location as been broken since the 2nd day of the cruise. The activities list has swapped locations for events a couple of times and drops some events completely. Unfortunately, we have to go back to the paper navigator if we don’t want to miss events. Cruise staff is aware of all the problems and are trying to get the data feed to the app fixed.

    The biggest complaint is that this app does not alert you to texts incoming if it is not open. This is rather self defeating. It also does not allow pictures to be sent.
