  • Crashing

    I just bought the premium version and the app keeps crashing every time I open it.☹️ I was so excited and motivated to start my running and meal planning.

    Loved this app until the new update. Now it just crashes. Tried deleting and redownloading but didn’t help. Please fix.

    I used to love this app. The last time I tried to use it, it crashed. I tried everything from completely closing the app to turning my phone on and off to deleting the app and re-downloading it (which erased all my data). It’s very disappointing 😡😡
  • This app deserves less than one star

    The previous app did the same thing the “new” app does. Cuts out intermittently, I can’t even set up my profile without it shutting off randomly. When/if it works, it works great. But I figured the problems with the initial app would have been fixed by now. Especially if you’re charging people for it.... how do I get a refund?

    I have a hard time with keeping weight off unless I severely restrict my diet. Running helps a lot, so I’m trying to get to a 10k. Figure if Im running 5k-10k every day I’ll be set to early whatever whenever.

    The app cuts off randomly when trying to open. Frequently while In the middle of a workout when I hit a milestone I will be told twice which is not needed and when this happens I will not be alerted to change my pace when necessary. I also have trouble with it telling me to change pace even when just listening to music. I find this very frustrating mid workout when I’m trying to build my miles. Please work on these glitches. Another thing that would be helpful is if while doing your workout it would display which workout it was.
  • Their Billing Approach is Wierd

    I don’t know why I’m subscribed in this app, I thought I already canceled it, but they surprise every month when they deduct the subscription fee,& weirdest thing I ever had, is that when you look at your iTunes subscription you find them under the name: “premium membership” I don’t what’s the application, I have to figure it out that this is a premium membership for app called “Running” They stole a lot of me, I don’t even know the credentials to log in!
