    This app is simple to use and I am mindfully drinking more water! The music lists are good. Mostly, I really love the interval training I am challenged and love that I am following a system. I don’t have to constantly pause my workout to reset timers! There is one thing, Bobs voice has got to go...he sounds like a smoker and a biker 😎 Thank you for this app. Have a great day!

    I couldn’t ask for a better app. I used this a year ago and it kept crashing during my run. So I stop using it and stop working out. 4 weeks ago I started using it again and they fixed the problem. It is amazing. I bought the premium version and I love it. Their music is awesome and Erik is amazing. I am up to running 3 miles in 4 weeks. Thank you

    I wanted an app that would allow me to train for more endurance and add variety to my workout without me having to task myself to do so with a timer. It is exactly as expected and meets all my goals. Upgrades also promise to add more fun to the run if wanted with music and coaching options.

    Ever since the update, this app runs as smooth as can be! I am actually losing weight for the first time and I feel great going it! I also like that you can now track mileage on indoor mode. But I don’t carry my phone when I run on the treadmill so I don’t really use that feature. I think a cool additional feature would be able to edit distance in real time of the workout for a more accurate pace reading OR treadmill mode that lets you input your walking/running/sprint speed for accurate distance, pace, and calories burned. All around a great app that really works!
