    I use to use this app a couple years ago and it was great. But now I’m using it again and it seems like there are more ads and the app also times out. That’s why I gave 2 stars.

    When the app doesn’t freeze, its wonderful. The app freezes, I try to restart it multiple times, it freezes again, and I give up on it. I wish I could benefit from the interval training. I’ve emailed and not received any response. If there was a way to eliminate the freezing, I would rate this a 5 easy!
  • Crashes

    Have never been able to find a program I like better than this one but the app is horrible. It will crash or freeze at least 3/4 times in a 30 min run session. Also eats battery like no other. I turn on power save when I start and my phone will still be down to 5% by the end. Fix these huge problems and it’ll be the best running app for non runners.

    I have been charged for this app for over a year after I had already canceled. Apple support and myself have been unable to find contact information for them. Scary I have no way to contact someone to report these issues

    This app has so much potential, but it has too many bugs! I’m glad I never bought the paid version bc it sounds like they have the same problems.
  • Like the app but it doesn't work anymore

    I used to really love using this app. It got me into running and had helped a lot with my progress. However, I recently started using it for Marathon training and it always freezes if I swipe between workouts or will freeze at the beginning of the run. Perhaps this is a bug they are working to fix, but I'll have to start using another app if this cannot accurately track my workout.
