  • The best

    By ememess
I've tried every To Do app under the sun, and knocked back and forth between Things, Omnifocus and Todoist for the last couple of years before discovering TickTick. Each have their pros, but also cons. Total convert to TickTick, which has easily the best balance for me. Clean, fast, super-easy to use on both iOS and Mac: simple enough for everyday life, but sophisticated enough for project managing. I'm amazed it's not better-known.
  • Premium Calendar feature needs work

    By Howdidumissthis
I was using the Gtasks version and was reasonably happy with how it leveraged that platform, but missed calendar integration from MS Outlook, specifically drag and drop. So I tried TickTick and while it's OK, there are many glitches and klugey aspects that should be addressed. On iPad they prompt you to look at your daily tasks one by one and enter in times of day you want to work on each. Wrong. Too long, cumbersome. They should adopt an Agile task list mentality and simply ask for duration for tasks to be done that day (or week). That is make duration optional, but useful for scheduling that day. Then let the task be dragged into the calendar with a relevant box size, maybe stretched or split around other appointments - so you have a daily plan that adjusts real time and becomes your work record also. Focus on your plan for the day, schedule in the tasks and appointmemts, modify real time and see how good you were at estimating duration visa a vis appointmemts and distractions. The integration with Google Calendar doesn't update all the time, delays. Useless. And the only premium feature so far.
  • Location-based reminders

    By synister69
Location-based reminders hardly work when set to alert upon leaving current location, despite location permission set to “always.”
  • Good app, but no vibrate or tap option

    By Pres. V
It seemed like this app is exactly what I was looking for, but I can’t always have my sound on and frequently I leave my phone and my watch on vibrate only. There is no option for the notifications to tap your watch or vibrate your phone, which is what I need. If there is, I have been in able to find out how to do it in a half an hour of looking over the user guide and messing with the app.
  • TickTick a joke

    By TomAndros
A pathetic joke of an app. The statistics it displays jump forward a day at around 7 PM so the busiest day probably isn’t the busiest day.

  • So far I like. Love the priority sort

    By Hercermuh
Could use bigger font, easy to use. Please don’t muck it up Sometimes I can hold and move tasks up and down in the list , sometimes not. Any reason or something I am doing wrong?
  • Best Task Manager

    By IRLman
I was an Omnifocus user but wanted to use a app that I could get to on my Windows work computer. Tried Wunderlist which had most features I wanted but then found Tick Tick and my search is now over for a complete task management tool.
  • I love this app

    By ChadAHall
I have used over 15 different productivity/task apps. They all had something I like but also something that just didn’t work for me. So I was pretty skeptical when my cohost and I downloaded it to review on our podcast. But this apps seems to nail everything for the exact way that I work. It’s so packed with features that it’s amazing how unbloated and easy it feels. Integrated Pomodoro timer and calendar views are my favorite features. Games changers for me.
