  • No cell service= no land glide

I have 13 Acres and I wanted to check to see where my property lines are. The app is great as long as you have signal. However, if the area is in the country or wooded, it is useless. Cannot tell location if no signal.
  • Never said there’s a purchase involved...

Never had an app have a trail and then have you buy it. Most make you pay for added features. Not impressed and very disappointed...
  • Apple maps stink

    By Mad Cadder
The app is pretty good. A friend recommended it to me and the property line and lot data is very nice. Love the link to the county auditor site, that is way awesome. The Apple satellite maps really detract from the app though. They are old, low resolution and in my area, heavily shaded from a low sun angle. Switch to google maps please! 5 stars for sure then.
  • Can’t search addresses

    By WPLester
I’ve used this app for several years, and for the most part, it’s worked great. However, I can’t seem to search for specific addresses anymore. I keep getting “OVER QUERY LIMIT” message. Any help would be much appreciated, as LandGlide has become vital to my operations. Thanks
  • Good app

    By Wolfy Brunson
This app helps me out a great deal in my area however the info pulled is outdated. I work out of the Baltimore metropolitan area of Maryland and there is no way the data should be as old as it is. I looked up and old address of mine that says I still own a house I sold 4 years ago. Also, there should be additional features added to help keep track like a favorites list for the properties that were viewed. Or at least a recently viewed function would be nice. Other apps like this charge a similar price with additional features and the data is fresher.
  • Well Worth the $$$$ For This Realtor!

    By janiebinAL
This is a great app for me! I’m a realtor and love to be able to show my clients where the boundaries of a property are located. It’s extremely easy to use and fast. As to those who complain about the price: they should understand that there are many apps for very specific needs and most of those also carry a hefty price tag! If something is well-made and useful, it’s worth paying for! To me, it’s a work expense that I claim on my taxes just like my mileage tracking apps and my graphic design apps. The people who complain about the price should understand that everyone has to make a living — including app developers.

This app is great! Back in the 80’s it could take a week and 10 gallons of gasoline from all the running back and forth to find out who owned a random piece of property. I also don’t have to hire as many surveyors to find lines and corners.
  • Does not work

    By Owlco
Upon opening the app, it will not allow me to search, or zoom.
  • Rip off

$10 a month is too much, way too much, app is worth about 3 dollars a year!
  • Only useful for one thing

    By RichardScoggan
It may be useful to find out the names of owners (I'll know for sure when I get time to go to the court house) but as far as the addresses and the acreage and values it's absolutely junk I know several of the ones in my area and it was completely wrong on every one big time. I gave it two stars only because it may be correct on the names depends on if it's been updated in the last year.
