Please see the in-app guidance for placement tips. NOTE: Placing your iPhone on a solid surface such as the floor or a table while recording sleep causes Sleeptracker® 24/7 to become highly sensitive to movement. This level of sensitivity is required for users sleeping on a motion-absorbing mattress (such as Beautyrest and Tempur-Pedic). However, with the iPhone on the floor or table, noise from the accelerometer sensor can be registered as sleep cycles, resulting in a random sleep graph and random sleep statistics. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Sleeptracker® is committed to constant improvement. We listen to our users and continuously add the most requested features. Thank you for the feedback!

  • Interesting!!

Enjoying this app so far. Getting my husband set up too. He snores and has apnea. He uses a cpap machine faithfully, but I still think it will give us good info.
  • All Around Fantastic App!

I’ve been using this app for years & so this review is given after extensive use. It truly has surpassed my expectation & is a fantastic way to monitor as well as motivate the user towards a more healthy lifestyle. The information it provides is comprehensive & useful as well as complements other programs you may want to implement. Keep up the good work!
  • 5 starts if it had apple watch support

Great app you will be pleased. Apple watch has been out for three years, why wouldn't it compliment this nice application?
  • Latest rev has caused me to oversleep three times

    By Me3737373737
Snooze button is right next to sleep button now, and sleep button no longer requires 3-second hold. In my groggy awakening state, I have accidentally hit Sleep rather than Snooze three times now. Luckily my dogs wake me up looking for their breakfast, otherwise I would have been much later to work. I love this app otherwise, always have, I've used it for years. I read the previous review about the 3-second sleep hold coming back in a future rev, and will change this review to the 5-star review this app normally deserves once that happens. I can't be late to work again.
  • Poor design choices

Update: After the delighted feedback I changed my rating from an unfortunate 1 star back to the 5 this app deserves. Thank you. I used this app since March 2014, and the latest patch completely ruined this app as a reliable sleep monitor as the button for Snooze and Stop are now right next to each other. This causes you to accidentally turn off the recording and thus stopping the Snooze cycle if you accidentally press the wrong one. Before the buttons were on opposite ends of the screen and you had to press and hold the Stop button for about 3 seconds which made it almost impossible to end by accident. When submitting an issue I was told just turn off the recording before the alarm goes off because then you still have to hold the button for 3 seconds. Which makes absolutely no sense as what's the point of an alarm then? Also, when the sleep recording is active, the standard iPhone alarms are disabled.
  • Confusing

I read tutorials but cannot understand results. Nor can I clearly understand how to use it. Totally frustrating and actually couldn’t sleep after trying to figure it out!
  • Excessive battery drain

    By Gamma B
I’ve used this app daily for several years and love its features and reliability. The latest version however consumes 50-70% of the battery capacity in one 8 hour sleep session. This may be related to new motion graphics that seem to be just eye candy. I also don’t like the loss of landscape view for the graphs.
  • Improvements minimal

Although the developers have made changes to the app, they seem to be essentially cosmetic. After the most recent change, I lost the audible sounds when I click thru the different menus.
  • Limited

This app only recognizes walking and running as exercise. As being in a wheelchair I cannot run or walk. I exercise but have to guess what the equivalent is
  • App is useful daily

    By Ledgewalker
I really appreciate this app. I have used it for 3 or 4 years. Used the sleep monitor for 9 months until I was satisfied that I was getting sufficient deep sleep. Currently use the weight monitoring daily for recording and trending, and the heart beat periodically. It has always been solid.
