  • It doesn’t work properly in Brazil

I am not able to watch the games live. When I report a problem using a Brazilian number I get a message that it is not a valid number because it is not a US number. So why MLB sells that outside US? I want my money back!
  • Problem with At Bat

I love the At Bat app, but recently it has stopped loading completely. I’ll open the app and it will be stuck on the startup screen with the loading icon forever. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it about three times and it works for a while but goes back to loading forever. I used to love using the app but now it just takes up space and never loads.
  • Pretty much Useless

Basically a highlights app, pretty useless since you can find the highlights on mlb.com, Facebook, or twitter. I have mlb tv and every game is blacked out...pretty ridiculous to pay for a service then find out that every “live” game is blacked out.
  • Game time in phone alert

Good app, I just have the free version. I’d would be really nice if the time of the game would show when it alerts you if the lineup for the game that day!! Not sure if that’s part of the paid version or not.
  • Newest version a letdown from previous

I’ve been using this app since I really got into baseball in 2013. I was a big fan of the month to month cost of $3 to watch highlights moments after they happen, because I was constantly busy at school and a broke college student. Since then, they make you pay the full $20 for the whole year. First off, the scores on the home page load painfully slow. It takes about 15 seconds to load, and the information stating the pitcher vs batter information is usually wrong. Second, back then, elite pitching performances used to have up to 2 minute videos showing a whole outing, but now all we get is a dumbed down version that is about 45 seconds long. I was also a fan of the condensed game because it would show a play by play of every out in the game within 15 minutes. Along with the previous videos I mentioned, the condensed game is now dumbed down to about 7 minutes. Third, the game audio is the main feature I use to listen to the games because I’m usually not able to watch, but the service constantly drops and I find myself having to close the app and restart. It’s so frustrating. As a fan, I can understand the whole “pace of play” stuff coming into effect, but real fans want to watch full highlights. Fix this garbage app. Stop worrying about notifications and work on the interface. Stop dumbing down the highlights making them shorter. You will lose paid subscribers because at this point it doesn’t even seem worth the money.
  • Free Trial WILL charge you

Clicked on Free Trial tab and naturally, the app charged my 20 bucks for annual subscription. Completely misleading.
  • Too many blackout restrictions

There are so many blackout restrictions that I can’t watch my favorite team. I subscribed thinking I would have access to all the games and be able to watch all games live. In their app they state for blackout restricted games recorded videos will be available 90 minutes after the game. That defeats the purpose of being able to watch it live. I don’t want to watch the game after I already know what the score is. Please remove blackout restrictions for paid subscribers.
  • Unstable since iOS or App update

Not sure if it’s the latest app or iOS update but this app now is very unstable. Locks ups and forces a full app stop/restart. Don’t update apps or os regularly but never had these problems in the past. Not providing the actual app/os versions (don’t feel like looking them up) but they are the latest as of 4/21. Very frustrated

would like to be able to know when runs are scored in certain game or when games are close for games on a daily by allowing notifications in app
  • Fast forward and other settings are very difficult

I can’t believe how archaic this app is.
