    My brother and I are both busy professionals. He introduced me to this app as he was using it every day at lunch time and having excellent stress reduction and improvement of quality of life. I started diving the same but also use it to help me get to sleep when my mind won’t slow down. I’m a medical provider and suggest it to my patients who don’t want to use antidepressants or sleeping medication because of the results I’ve experienced with frequent guided meditation. I like how the app slowly teaches the user how to meditate.

    This app was recommended to me by a co-worker. I have done meditation with an amazing teacher but she taught occasionally where I wanted an ongoing experience. I also preferred a guided meditation as a a place to start since I am somewhat new to meditation. The ease of use, consistent voice, inflection, intent and words used on headspace are the right balance for my personal interests. There is no demand or heavy emphasis on social media participation. When trying to use other apps I found the experience of changing voices(odd detail, I know) and words and emphasis on participating in social media challenging for me just starting out to establish a regular practice. Maybe I will be able to use these other apps once I have more experience from an established practice.

    I feel so calm, and happy with myself, after listening to a session..., It makes you feel light, it releases anxiety, it helps with depression, etc. They have so many sessions you can listen to to help you with depression, self esteem, pregnancy, basic meditation, and SO much more.... I 100% think everyone should have this app. I have used this app everyday, and continue to do so. This is honestly my favorite app, and I am so thankful, to get some head space:)

    I loved this app when I first started doing meditations. The problem is as you become more advanced the app because nearly useless. The Pro pack needs to be expanded to advanced series. Yes there are lots of packs but there is too much talking throughout the meditation in them. A truly advanced series should follow the Pro pack where there is a thought before and after the meditation but silence during.
