    I bought the $20/year and after one workout it’s worth it! No more math! The timer is automatic! Tracks my progress it’s everything I need so I don’t have to be switching between a million different apps!

    I am rating the Pro version. Easy to follow, can custom increments, necessary for me to progress steadily. Provides warm up weights when needed and appropriate rest periods based on perceived difficulty of each rep.

    This is the BEST work out app that I have used. The program is very simple. I have been on the program for over one week and I can already tell some positive changes to my body composition and strength. This app has helped me get to where I am at this point in my Strong Lift 5x5 program.
