  • Nothing like Storm app big disappointment

    By Loyal Strom Advocate
Until they bring the Storm app back I am banning anything from weather underground. I would have paid to have that app. It was that good! Period. What a shame.
  • Don’t Seem to Want to Fix the Fronts

    By outdoors37
As someone who works outdoors and sails, I’ve been using this app as my primary source of weather information for several years. But have had to go to other sources since they don’t seem to want to fix the Fronts layer which has been stuck on the same graphic for the last 4 months. And, yes, I’ve reinstalled and also checked other app users - no change.
  • Update review

    By jeishrjsbaiehd
Updated update: I uninstalled this app again, as it seems to error out every time I open it. What’s the point of a weather app that won’t relay the weather? Also, that thing with the interactive radar conflicting with whatever I’m listening to (podcast, pandora, etc.) started happening again. Also, annoying ads. Update: got an email from Apple last week, heard the developer tweaked the issues & it’s true! I’ve had the app reinstalled since Thursday night. None of my former complaints are applicable. Thank you! Echoing other reviewers, I used to love this app. I get excited for storm systems & I like to plan my outdoor jogs in advance. However I can’t stand having my podcasts/radio apps paused just because I left this app open! Unacceptable. Uninstalled the app. Next, this app now seems to drain my battery at a disconcerting rate. When my battery is already awful, I can’t tolerate this. Lastly, I too am held hostage by ads as punishment for looking at the radar. The adds won’t close, even after I touch the evasive as sin “x” in the corner. It’s a shame that all weather apps are rubbish. I guess I’ll use the one that came preinstalled on my phone.
  • My station isn’t on the map

    By IpadsRule
I setup my Acurite station about 2 weeks ago. I’m still not on the map.
  • Losing confidence

    By Kimballpc
I was very excited when I first joined WU because I could put my PWS online and be part of the community. Unfortunately those days are gone. My stations work perfectly but are constantly shown as offline or can’t even be found on WU. I tried multiple times emailing support but no luck. Hoping another company can come up with a system that works.
  • Best free app by a mile for detailed weather data

    By Paco996797
I’ve been using this app for years when I need detailed forecasts. I also use accuweather and weather channel. In this order WU/AW/WC are ranked for detailed info and in reverse order for simplicity.
  • Finally fixed login issue. Buggy app.

    By DirtClodimus
They finally fixed the bug that wasn’t allowing me to login. Bumping up to 3 stars due to that. This app has frequent issues. I wish there was an alternative app that supported viewing my PWS. That’s the only think keeping me using Wunderground.
  • Barometric Pressure👍

    By Dad@school
The only free app I’ve seen that provides barometric pressure trends. Others may give the reading but Wunderground indicates whether it’s rising, steady, or falling.
  • To whom ever

    By aaronslife6868
This is the best weather app as far as when storms are going to hit exact areas and for construction workers that’s the most you can ask for and the app is free so don’t know why you paid for a free app sounds crazy
  • Best weather app

    By The Bresch
Living in Denver Colorado, “forecasters”. The models they have read off the TelePrompter and have no degree in meteorology always get the weather wrong. There a 4 good ones, but conditions change here rapidly. This can be bad if you’re an outdoors enthusiast. Biking, hiking, you need an accurate forecast. This app changes constantly and gives a good indication of precipitation and sudden changes in storm velocity. It gives you enough warning to reassess what you need to do. I love the graphs, future forecasts and percentages. This is so accurate for our crazy environment
