    I’m a loyal subscriber but your app issues are ruining my experience. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app and restoring subscriptions. Please fix your app before you lose me for good.

    The subscriptions do not work. You are throwing your money away. And yes, I have hit restore purchases until my finger bleeds. Apple should remove this company from the store. Complete rip-off.

    I just renewed my subscription but it still asks me to purchase individual editions. Tried tech support and the usual fixes but nothing has worked. The magazine was pretty good but not worth the tech hassle.
  • Can’t Handle Subscriptions

    You would think something simple like being able to read the latest issue as part of your subscription would work out but it’s always been spotty. I’ve had a subscription for a long time but I can’t read the latest issue, multiple restore attempts don’t enable it, etc. Being able to access what I’ve paid for should be a core feature. I’ve been going through Zinio support for a while now but they can’t find my subscription. I sent them screenshots of my purchase but so far, it looks like I’m just out the money spent on renewal since Apple doesn’t handle refunds on subscriptions and defers to the developer. Frustrating.

    Followed the directions, purchases will not restore. Not matter how many times I log in and out of iTunes and click "restore purchases" it never restores them. This version is terrible. Avoid upgrading if you can. Currently I'm paying for a subscription I cannot use. If I could leave zero stars I would.

    Bike Mag finally fixed their app! I am now able to get to all of my issues again. It's been a couple months of frustration, but they finally fixed the app, and I'm enjoying reading the content again. Thanks Bike Mag!
  • Still messed up

    This is my second review. I was told by Bike they were working on my issues (download error, not acknowledging paid subscription, not being able to restore purchases) this was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing, not able to download, and not stoked on Bike Mag. Sorry to say it, but they need to get it sorted out.
