    This app has worked great for me. I can be very meticulous about my training. Only downside is lately I've been having issues with the app freezing. The only fix is to delete and reinstall it. I'm not sure though if it's the app because I have an iPhone 5c. However none of my other apps freeze in the same way. Otherwise it's a great app.
