    I have used 3-4 other workout apps and this is the best. Easy to add lifts not in the library and change things on the fly if there is an old man hanging out on the the rear delt fly machine for an hour

    Finally, a workout app that has everything you need, without all the nonsense you don’t need. Strong helps you track literally every metric you should monitor during your training. If you have never used a workout app, or have never tracked your training, this is where you need to start. I use this app with all of my clients and of course for my own training.

    One of my biggest barriers to weight lifting was the idea that I have to keep track of so many different exercises and weights and reps. Math is not my strength. Strong app solved it all!! I use at gym and just created a workout for dumbbells at home! so easy. love it.

    Before I used Strong I have been living a lie.... seriously. I always told myself I was always doing my best at each workout. Little did I know I wasnt. Without keeping track of my reps and set.... and weight............... I couldnt compare my current with my previous workout. I hate paper and pencil. Strong for life! ❤️ Will think about purchasing Pro

    Update2: Switched to IronGAINS unfortunately. That app allows you to log from the watch and phone at the same time. Hopefully you guys come around. I like this interface way more. Will check back in a couple of months. Update: Issue with capturing calories burned has been resolved. Now adequately captures your calories and adds to apple health for your workout. Still wish I could log exercises directly to a workout started on the Iphone strong app through companion mode. or if you guys dont want to mess with a feature everyone is already used to, please consider adding a feature alongside companion mode which would let the user input the reps for the current workout being run on the strong app on the phone. I know I can start a strong Apple Watch workout and log from there, which i love as a feature, gives amazing flexibility, but if I do it that way there is no way to add a custom exercise on the fly, only predefined exercises. It would be nice to start the workout on the phone, log it with the watch, and add custom exercises to an active workout on the phone if the need arises. Please consider adding that functionality. Or add a way to add new custom exercises directly from the Apple Watch In its current form i start the workout on the phone and have to pick up the phone after every rep to log, lest i lose track. If i start the workout on the watch there is no way to add a new custom exercise. Please let me know if i am missing something.
