  • Crashes constantly

    By EvilJack
Everytime I try to open an article it crashes. And then the link to the article (notification) is gone. I mean how hard is it to open an article? Words on the screen, and y’all can’t figure it out. It’s been years of this!
  • Houston Chronicle App

Easy to navigate; front page loads automatically~
  • Much improved

    By Akragie
    A recent update did wonders.
  • Problems solved!

    By IlBerto1
I have given this app 1 star for a long time. The solution? Uninstall and Re-install. That fixed all of its problems! It is now 5 stars for both content and usability.
  • Readers are leaders

  • Hometown News

Nice to travel the world and not loose touch with the news in Houston. All the news at a click of your iPad or iPhone. Houston is there at your fingertips. The one app travelers need.
  • Very hard to use

    By ChemistofBerkeley
Now that i have moved away, i try to keep up with Houston by reading the Chronicle online, but this app functions very poorly. There are many problems, but my chief gripe is that there is no feedback after you a select an article to let you know it is loading. The search function is of little or no use.
  • Non-delivery

    By Jowillywonka
I have NOT received our paper in 2 weeks! There’s no way to leave a message on your phone number. We went to Mx for 2 weeks; we receive Wed and Sun- I always come home and cut coupons but I didn’t have them nor the week after! Please call me/ 409-7393687 or 281-3818448
  • Need to incorporate the Interactive Display

    By oweezy9
I like reading the paper in traditional paper format. You guys have a way of doing this via the email link that gets sent, but I have not figured out how to do this on the app. Using the interactive paper is the coolest thing I’ve seen, rather than just listing a bunch of headlines. That’s what makes a “paper” unique is the format!
  • Way too frustrating

    By DebraP630
This app hangs my IPad up every single time I use it. The whole screen goes dark and it eventually boots you out. It's too bad, since I'd really like to read Houston news. Just cancelled. I pay monthly, a.m. fully paid this month, but still can’t sign in. The proposed solution is to delete and reload the app. It still won’t recognize my account or let me read articles. This has been going on for the past week. If you have hours to devote trying to read a paper, and paying money for nothing, this one is for you.
