  • Crashes every time after downloading

    This happens every time I open a text on Federal Rules of Civil Litigation. Technical support has been unresponsive. Only way to fix it is to delete app then re-install and never download the reference text.

    I am using the current Proview version and it still does not work. Sunday, 8/26/2018 I just tried again by downloading and installing two ebooks. One downloaded no problem. In the middle of downloading the second one app crashed. Crashed every time I open the app and select a book, when using my iPad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY until the software issue is fixed. Proview only works correctly on my computer. FIX THE BUG PLEASE!!!!!!! PATCH NOW PLEASE!!!!

    Updated 04/30/2918 So, Thomson Reuters managed to ignore this review for so long that I forgot when I wrote it. I had no contact with the developer or anyone from customer service in the interim until they wanted a star so the sent me an email. Classic. Customer Service, Thomson, is supposed to be about the customer. You just completely ignored me until you wanted something. That’s not customer service. That’s being self absorbed and self-centered. Like others, I can't log in using one pass. App keeps telling me "unsuccessful" over and over again. It is better to make sure your app works well before rolling it out. You just wasted an hour of my time and done more harm than good.

    Feb 21, 2018 ... Tax Season underway ... Thompson Reuters picked this time to issue an update and BAM! I can not open my reference materials because the new ProView crashes about 1.5 seconds after opening. What kind of monkeys do you guys employ to script our software? FIX IT DAMNIT! I have clients depending on me NOW, not next week or next month, but today, Feb. 21, 2018! Yes! Thank all that is good in the universe, my ProView is back to working! Thank you TR, but next time don’t use me as a beta tester, verify an update actually works before releasing it!
  • You MUST erase the old App & ADD the new Version

    I just go off the phone with the “Tech Support” that “did not work in the ProView area,” but knew I had to erase & re-download. It works now ... although I had to waste a 1/2 hour of my day to figure this out & my app hasn’t work since I updated last week. Given that we pay as much as we do for this app, you’d think these folks would at least give us a heads up.

    Just installed latest update and now I cannot open the app. Hopefully, it will be fixed by tomorrow.
