    I use to love Proview. Version 4.0.1 keeps crashing on the iPad. Software issues again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY until the software issue is fixed. Even on my PC all my notes were missing and I have double of every book. Asking for a partial refund again since I can no longer use the app on my iPad. FIX THE BUG PLEASE!!!!!!! PATCH NOW PLEASE!!!!

    Updated 04/30/2918 So, Thomson Reuters managed to ignore this review for so long that I forgot when I wrote it. I had no contact with the developer or anyone from customer service in the interim until they wanted a star so the sent me an email. Classic. Customer Service, Thomson, is supposed to be about the customer. You just completely ignored me until you wanted something. That’s not customer service. That’s being self absorbed and self-centered. Like others, I can't log in using one pass. App keeps telling me "unsuccessful" over and over again. It is better to make sure your app works well before rolling it out. You just wasted an hour of my time and done more harm than good.

    Feb 21, 2018 ... Tax Season underway ... Thompson Reuters picked this time to issue an update and BAM! I can not open my reference materials because the new ProView crashes about 1.5 seconds after opening. What kind of monkeys do you guys employ to script our software? FIX IT DAMNIT! I have clients depending on me NOW, not next week or next month, but today, Feb. 21, 2018! Yes! Thank all that is good in the universe, my ProView is back to working! Thank you TR, but next time don’t use me as a beta tester, verify an update actually works before releasing it!
  • You MUST erase the old App & ADD the new Version

    I just go off the phone with the “Tech Support” that “did not work in the ProView area,” but knew I had to erase & re-download. It works now ... although I had to waste a 1/2 hour of my day to figure this out & my app hasn’t work since I updated last week. Given that we pay as much as we do for this app, you’d think these folks would at least give us a heads up.

    Since recent update app is no longer working. Tap app to open and it takes you back to the ipad table top. Had to long in through site.

    Just installed latest update and now I cannot open the app. Hopefully, it will be fixed by tomorrow.
  • Keeps Crashing, can’t access paid content

    There was an update for this app and now it won’t stay open. I paid hundreds of dollars to view my ebooks on my iPad and now I can’t use this for my tax appointments. Hope they resolve this soon.

    After the update, the app crashes. Contacted the company repeatedly with no response. Expected more from Thompson Reuters. Very disappointing.
