  • Useless

I would be willing to pay $9.99 to have the proximity alert.

    By dannykel
I originally installed this app to let me know if I left my iPhone or my Apple Watch behind. It worked well, although it would send false alerts sometimes. Better to err on the side of caution, and since Apple didn’t offer this service, I still relied on Lookout. Then they dropped the proximity alert. Now the Apple Watch app is gone completely. So, now it’s pretty much a “pay for what Apple gives you for free” program. No thanks.
  • What's up with the update notice

For about a month now I've had a notification that I need to update and have tried several times with no luck. Please fix. Thank you.

I Have Had Lookout A Couple Of Years Now, And, Have Been Quite Satisfied With Their Product. I Highly Recommend It, Folks. They Warn Me, If, Anything is Looking Suspicious On My IPad

  • Cancel your subscription no Apple Watch support!

    By Mando5977
What happened to the watch app? One of the best support features was how you could locate your device with your Apple Watch. As you got closer it would show you how near your I phone was. Now if I misplace my iPhone I need to locate a pc first. Not sure who thought this was something to remove. MAJOR SELLING POINT. Lookout was the only security app with this feature. Who is in charge of taking lookout back to the Stone Age. Some one should be fired. Canceling my subscription immediately.
  • Says my ipad is too old

    By Dirkly
Ive been a solid subscriber for 7 years...now your updates cant be installed on my pad. You didnt seem to indicate that you were dropping support when you auto-renewed and charged my card. You really let me down, I have paid more in subscriptions for my devices than this ipad cost. Run away from lookout, you are not important to them any more.
  • Hate them

Canceled my subscription cause they don't want to cover my my older computer, yet they took my money for a service they won't provide?!
  • Update

    By Speedracerdude
So I own a 1st gen iPad mini running 9.3.5 and Lookout refuses to update and now refuses to reinstall while trying the R&R. I paid for premium service yet can't get hold of anyone at support. I use Lookout on my Android phones and if this issue with the iPad is not resolved then I may consider other options for all my devices. Anyone from support monitoring this forum?
  • No out of range warning

    By Ckanez71
I downloaded this app for the out of range warnings on my Apple Watch. They appear to be the only app that offered this and now they’ve dropped this feature.
