    I absolutely love this app. I use it almost daily after babysitting my grand babies. Better than a nap, it always takes me mentally to a relaxed peaceful state. I practice yoga twice a week, this app has helped me know how to take my mind to that place of comfort as well. I have several other nidra apps. However I love your pace and voice.     When I purchased this app I expected to have for my use more than just one meditation. There are three different times such as 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes but only one meditation. The 30 minute one that I used was good. I just wish I had more options as far as the variety as well as an option for a one hour meditation. Overall, For the price it's good.

    This has been one of the best apps on my phone. I use it all the time just for a quick refresher or deeper rest constantly.. There have been days when I haven't been able to sleep ALL NIGHT.. seriously. I've played this (30 min version) back to back 4 times and felt so deeply rested that I was able to do my day feeling wonderful.. I share it with everyone who could use it. As a massage therapist I've recommended it to countless new friends and clients... Thanks for such a great app❤️🙏❤️

    There is only one 10 min guided session in the whole app - that was a rip off especially when there are other free ones with 100s of sessions! Don't buy this. I gave it two star because the session itself was fine - just false advertising.
