    Everywhere the text asks to choose a subscription option there are no actual options, it only gives you the option to pay $7 for a single digital copy. 1 star because a company this size should not have issues with something so simple.

    It at least used to be mediocre. It’s now terrible. It takes 10 minutes to load up the new issue and the freezes. I’m not sure why I keep a fortune subscription as all this app does is piss me off.

    New app update is terrible. I am stuck at the Welcome to Fortune page. None of the links work! It’s like clicking on a photograph. The app and experience is degrading with each update. I just need a mode where I can read a static downloaded version of the magazine offline.

    This app gets worse with every update. It was better 5 years ago. I have been a reader for almost 10 years and took to the digital version early, but the app is so bad now I don’t know if it is worth keeping my subscription. It rarely works well when offline, even when I have downloaded the issue. Now it wants me to sign in AGAIN but when I do it just goes to a frozen white screen that never goes away.

    The navigation is awful. I can’t figure out how to bookmark where I left off. I need to login every time I open the app. I just wait for my hard copy in the mail.

    I've had print version for years. Trying to add digital is extremely difficult. Constant message that support site is down.

    I use digital for good reason. The new update (that I foolishly only just installed) makes it a pain to read. I just can't be bothered, I'll go somewhere else thanks.
