  • Great App

I don't use it unless it is an emergency. I try to respect my children's privacy, so I have only used it when they can't find their phones. Believe I used it three times and it was right on. Good thing to have in your back pocket.

Useless. Great if you want to know where your family is within a half a mile radius of it works at all.
  • Could be better

Not very specific but it does give a general idea of the area. I like the auto notifications at set times so I could know where my kids were. But it stopped working for no reason. It keeps telling me to sign up but I’m already signed up. Makes no sense.
  • Asks you to key in your password too often

Very annoying and not entirely compatible with iPhone X. The developers are behind with the fact that the iPhone X does not accept finger scanning. So when the question of finger scan comes up and you can’t do it; the app goes into security panic and nags you for your password an inordinate amount of times. Help!

All the at&t support articles and the app itself say to cancel through at&t. But it won’t let you and the at&t customer service says to contact iTunes. Absolutely ridiculous, do not subscribe
  • This should be included in the service plan...

Pay another $10, AT&T? We were unable to try this app... AT&T you have got to be freakin joking!! My family already pays over $225 for just 2 cellphones and their service. So sick and tired of greedy corporate criminals. !!NO STARS!!
  • I’m getting billed twice. Every month

I get charged on my monthly ATT bill and Apple require me to pay to use this app. Please fix!
  • Great on Android, crap on iOS - good luck quietly tracking your kids

We pay $120 per year for this app making it amongst the most expensive apps available. We are one of many. You can't tell me that there isn't enough funding to make this app work better on iOS. The point is, at least for our family, to track our children. SNAPCHAT does a better job of that!! I shouldn't have to install this app on their phones and sign in for it to work on their phones. Why would I want them to have access to the whole app? Stealth is the key. When we had Android phones, they didn't even know this app existed because it didn't have to be installed, and I could literally see what house they were at. Your developer team has let us down, as has the whole of AT$T. Cancelling this app and will look for service at other providers soon based on this failure and many others.
