    This app is quite busy and makes a great deal of noise for a meditation application. It's a great timer, but unless meditation is a "see and be seen" activity for you there's little point in putting up with 80% of what this offers.

    Wether you are a beginner or seasoned in meditation, you will constantly find something for you in this app. I have used many others, even popular ones such as headspace and not one has had such great effect as this one. This app was a life changer for me when working long hours, being stressed and overwhelmed. I feel so much healthier and able to handle stressful situations throughout my day...but most of all, it opened a whole new world in meditation for me.

    I really enjoy using this app often throughout the day. I love seeing what guided meditations are being used and if they sound interesting, I bookmark them for later. This app is what I use in the morning when I wake up and at night before I close down.

    I use this meditation and to keep my blood pressure down, and it has helped me immensely to be able to lower my BP, between 10 to 30 points in 5 to 20 minutes. The breathing pattern she has developed, allows the bodies automatic relaxation response after 4 breaths, and helps me to train the mind for proper breathing in regards to any kind is stress. Thank you for a wonderful guided meditation.
