    I took an introduction to mindfulness class. The teacher recommended us to use this app for our practice by ourselves. This app allowed me to teach myself how to be independent in meditating using mindfulness techniques. It also offered encouragement and guidance and new ideas, all very useful when starting.

    Doesn’t work I did the timer that’s what I would want and has a lot of cool things but nope that’s what I got it for the timer and has many things so worth it but nope timer won’t integrate what’s the point of having it? I use cutting machinery app not available now so I needed something to work in then background to work and time me and work with apple kit not this one
