  • Love it!

This ap has so many handy features, it makes weight loss a zip. Bar code scanner, check. Recipes, check. Restaurants and points for their dishes, check. Tracking made easy, plus social media for inspiration, ideas, and connections. Go WW!
  • Add more Schwan’s!

    By rusted222
Frequently order food items from Schwan's, and have not been able to find the points on them on the webpage. I would like to see some of them added, especially breakfast items.
  • App needs work, especially calorie and macronutrients

Feedback Add Daily Calorie/macronutrient totals and % in the ww App. (See more detail below) Recipe calorie and nutrition info needed in the ww App. Add checkboxes for ticking off food type servings dairy, vegetables, fruit, starch, protein, fat as well as water and perhaps configurable additions. (Good health guidelines). Bonus: Fill in automatically as we track food. Provide Ability to export one’s own personal Connect Feed to pdf Provide fully functional Connect interface on desktop. Allow bookmark of and link to individual Connect posts Allow subscriptions to individual Connect posts. Allow users to change id. Comment reply should be threaded and not post to bottom Tech support should interact with members reporting App issues. Tech support should have a Connect id that members can tag when they have issues and want a public response. Provide a public searchable feedback and bug database so members can search on and vote for issues and avoid duplication and help WW understand member priorities. Representatives should not ask for member passwords but have their own test accounts to replicate issues. Bugs: Navigation notifications/followers/following loses position if you comment on any issue on iPhone Id Tag completion broken in some cases “See more” breaks links that cross it and links break ability to see more. Autocorrect no longer enabled on Android. Swipe right to left on comments shows options upside down Hashtagged posts for private members are not accessible by hashtag even by members who otherwise have been given access to the private member’s feed More details on calories and macronutrients A huge shortcoming of the WW food tracking App is that it does not summarize daily calorie and macronutrient totals and percentages. This feature is critical so that members who track all food can ensure they are in a safe calorie range and getting reasonable nutritional balance while they learn the caloric and nutritional intuition that is the promise and premise of the Freestyle. Many members have gotten very sick or just had trouble meeting their goals since the program change because of the lack of this simple feature. Thousands of members have even fled back to the old program and many others like myself have had to double track in a third party App to get calories and macronutrient information. With Freestyle, zero point foods in all food categories mean it is impossible to use SmartPoints used and budget for any caloric or nutritional guidance. Already the App has the individual item information, so it should not be hard to tally it up and provide a report. The recipe builder should also be fixed to report totals. Members who already have good caloric and nutritional intuition or develop it with the help of this valuable data feedback could choose not to track zero point foods, now or in the future. It would not impact how any satisfied users are using the App. This feature is critically important not just to current members but the teenagers WW plans to bring on board in the summer. These children and their parents and doctors will need some caloric and nutritional tools to make sure the teens don’t get sick and that they achieve healthy weight loss with proper nutrition for brain and other development. My nutritionist says teens often think “less is more” and might be prone to stop eating when they are out of points, even at starvation rations. WW has an extra responsibility to these children. Please add calorie and macronutrient totals to the App! Then I will raise my rating. I love Connect and could love the food tracking too with calorie and macronutrient totals.
  • Restaurants

    By Mrs.NickJonas<3!!!
It would be so much easier if the same type of meals at each restaurant were grouped, such as sandwiches, soups, etc. It’s hard to scroll through all the items that are not in any type of order
  • Huge help at grocery and Costco

    By kimbermpls
Incredibly helpful app to have at the grocery store. Also, many Costco food products are listed. Fabulous!
  • Weight Watchers ap

It’s really awesome! I love all the recipes and the tracking.
  • Convenient and always there points tracking

Audition your food, track your points, lose the weight. The app does everything but eat the food for you.
  • It’s good but not great

    By JamesDude1111
The best feature is the bare code scanner and it’s aesthetically pleasing and mostly easy to use. Also, this app is very functional and rarely bugs out. This app is great for helping keep accountability of what your eating and drinking as well as if you’re meeting your exercise goals. The biggest drawback to me is the lack of options to pick from in restaurant menus. They usually have the skinny or light menus accounted for but not always everything else.
  • Pretty awesome

I have to say thank you for the chat. This is an amazing perk to members. Go to help and then chat and a real live person answers your question right then and there. Why Only 4 stars, because there are some quirks that can throw you off your points. I found them last night and they helped me today
