    I have had this app for years but stopped using it. One thing I don’t like is that it wakes me up before I’m supposed to wake up. I know that’s what it’s for and it’s supposed to wake you up at your most awake time but I hate waking up before I’m supposed to lol
  • Great app but “Activity” needs fixing

    I’ve been using this app for many years now and generally love it. I am not sure how accurate it really is but I like having a sense for my sleep patterns in general. They need to fix a major bug in the activity reading. Don’t know where Sleep Cycle pulls this data, but I’ve noticed in past couple of weeks that the number of steps is vastly off from what Apple Health reports. For example the other day SC reported 890 steps where AH had almost 8,000. PLEASE FIX!!!
  • Useless- can’t tell when you’re sleeping at all.

    Thinks I’m in a deep sleep when I am wide awake. Thinks I’m sleep cycling when I’m not even in the room. I tried this app- it became apparent very quickly that it can’t tell when I am sleeping or not- at all. When I am laying in bed wide-awake, it thinks I’m going through a sleep cycle. The other night I was awake at 3 AM for a few hours, and it had me in a deep sleep. I even got up and went to the bathroom. Today I forgot to turn it off and walked out of the room after waking up early in the morning, I came back two hours later to turn it off, and you had me going through to sleep cycles. It clearly doesn’t work.

    If you use the application in winter time it is great but in summer time when you turn on your Air condition window type it's not correct measurements

    Ive had this app for Years and have loved it. I just bought an Apple Watch to wean myself off of 100% dependence on the phone and was sad to see that I still needed to keep my phone in my bedroom for this to work! I wish there was a way for all the tracking to be done on the Apple Watch alone! Other apps can do that—help a loyal customer out?
  • Unreliable alarm and false readings.

    The alarm fails to go off if you use your own music. This happens atleast once a week. I have to set my phone alarm as a back up. Additionally, during the night if I wake-up and go watch tv for an hour because I can’t sleep, it still shows 100% the next morning 🤨 .
  • One major flaw

    I used this app everyday for 2 years and it worked great. Something changed about a year ago though and now the alarm snoozes if you just look at your phone (It’s extremely sensitive) it made me late a couple times because it also hijacked my phone in a way that didn’t allow my backup alarm to come on. Anyway I stopped using it for almost a year but recently restarted and it’s been ok but the snooze is still super sensitive and it doesn’t have a way to change the setting.

    Do not get! I deleted my app before the free trial period ended, but they still charged me, TWICE. Now my bank account is in the negative and i have no way to pay it. Thanks sleep cycle app for wasting about $120.
