To actually switch their iPhone off for 30 minutes, to take a break from the latest and greatest game, to move away from the computer. We all need a break for the sake of our stress levels, our eyesight and our general well-being. This App is designed to guide you into a deep, natural state of relaxation and slowly, gently advise taking a little “tech free” time in your day. Andrew Johnson is a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Ayrshire on the West Coast of Scotland. His best selling range of Self Help CDs and MP3s have helped many thousands of people all over the world regain control over stress symptoms, addictions and bad habitual behaviour. Andrew is also a director of Training ToolBox, a UK training company dedicated to teaching people coping skills, therapies and life skills techniques. This App allows you to configure playback for best results, for example: You should listen to the instructions the first two or three times you use the App. You won't need to listen to them after that. If you have the time or are listening last thing at night, the long induction should be used for the first week or two, but you may be able to switch to the shorter induction after that as you will be becoming more used to the relaxation techniques. If you have the time or are used to falling asleep during payback of the App, it may be beneficial to listen to the "main" section a couple of times. This can be hugely beneficial for the unconscious mind and therefore your success. Many people fall asleep whilst using the App and appreciate the "waking" section. If, however you would like to use the App and continue into sleep, toggle the "awaken" control to "off"

    I love how he makes such specific hypnosis suggestions per app relating to my exact circumstances. Also, if you have been listening to these for a while, they are guarenteed (by me) to help you fall asleep. In fact, it is literally impossible for me to stay awake. This app has amazing customization options.
