    Having to reset a password that I know is correct every few days is ridiculous. Turning on the Touch ID only to be told I’d have to log in to turn it on again in a few days, is very frustrating. This app is terrible.

    Updated to new version and now it won’t read checks. Terrible QA. Developers should be fired for producing such garbage.
  • Banking at your fingertips - not the easiest

    It does what I need. I can monitor my accounts, transfer money, look up account numbers when needed. I can view previous statements, account activities, etc. IF I can get into the app. I upgraded to an iPhone X and ever since this upgrade, it’s been a nightmare logging into the app. It’s not compatible with Face ID, the phone wants to save my password and type it for me, but the app never acknowledges it, and I’m honestly so over it. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it several times - that didn’t work. I thought was typing my password in wrong and was so frustrated that I reset my password like 3x for no reason. The app needs to get fixed to be compatible with where phone security is going. I don’t think this is isolated iPhone X. Mobile banking with them through this app is becoming a chore. A bank this big should have resolved this issue by now. I wish, and this is not the bank's fault, but I'm sure they could help with this... When your viewing your transaction history, some charges are shown with the most cryptic name and you have to go back to where you were to figure out what establishment is charging you - this is especially true of automatic deduction charges - it should be a thing that those line items explicitly show who is charging you... It's also hard to use the "find a branch" feature. However, maybe they've fixed that already, but I just don't bother with it. Now I just type banks into maps and see what I get. Usually better results.

    After 20 minutes of the app not being able to read crystal-clear checks, I just gave up and drove to the nearest branch. 0/10 will probably switch to PNC

    Nice app, but for some reason they have kept the alerts well hidden. It takes a bit of tricky maneuvers to get to view the alerts. Would appreciate if they can make it available and viewable easily.
