    Can’t deposit checks without taking a million pictures and now I still need to deposit the check at the bank. Why have mobil accounts if it doesn’t work correctly.

    I am not able to deposit with my app. I have updated and checked to see if I was on the correct version but no luck. Went to the bank and no one could help. Does anyone else have this problem?

    After the recent update I’m not able to pay credit card balance, app always shows “It looks like it is not working. Please try again”. And this is for at least a week... This bug ruins all the customer experience.

    Only financial app I have that thinks a thumb print isn’t good enough. That includes other bank apps. Stop turning the thumb print feature off every other month. It is completely unnecessary. If someone wants my account information so bad that they steal my phone and cut my thumb off...well they’ve earned it.
