    I really like the Lose It! App. It has everything you need to have great success achieving your weight loss goals. It is really easy to use and the catalog has info on pretty much every food and drink you can imagine. In addition if you don't find your selection you can creat it yourself! The app does all of the calculating for you, calorie intake vs exercise, and shows you your allowances and keeps track of it all. I find it very helpful to see how much and what types of foods I am eating. It graphs a break down of your fat, pro and carbs. It's fun to connect with your friends and encourage one another through the app! Pretty much the only thing the app doesn't do is purchase the food & cook your meals for you!

    I've been using it and enjoying it BUT the latest update is making the app crash upon opening it. Also the app shows sodium levels when entering but won't total it like calories. Shame on you for not offering it in the free app. Everything shouldn't be about money and more money!

    This app is truly a blessing. I was struggling with losing weight for years and this app has broken that struggle. I was able to lose over 3 pounds my first week. This app is easy to maintain. I will eventually upgrade to premium.

    It’s easy to count the calories, plan ahead, be motivated, and best of all, lose the pounds. My son uses this. He’s a bodybuilder. He counts the protein, carbs and fat intake with this easy to use app. In 12 weeks he is shredded, losing fat and having the right amount of protein to pack on the muscle.

    I would like for the app to be more user-friendly. My doctor has me on a certain caloric meal plan. And I’m having difficulty entering 1200 cal. Any help that you may offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    What I love about this app is that it keeps me honest. I use it to log meals, miles and water. This app has everything! I can even share my good news with my doctor so she can have relevant information of my weight loss journey so help us keep me on track! Thanks for being apart of my team Loseit!

    I tried losing weight by exercising more and eating a plant-based diet but my weight did not budge a single pound. I lost a significant amount of weight about 12 years ago while training as a collegiate cross country athlete and the primary way was by counting calories. At that time it was tedious and time-consuming because I had to calculate everything myself, write everything down on paper, and constantly add the totals multiple times a day. This app is makes keeping calorie totals ridiculously simple. I thought coming back to calorie counting was going to be an awful waste of time, but with this app it makes life and achieving my goal weight easily because they do all the calculations for you! I highly recommend this app to anyone.

    After having 3 kids and currently nursing my youngest my body did not bounce back and breastfeeding was not my saving grace for my, thankfully, only pregnancy major complaint - weight gain . This app is amazing ; the accountability is a huge help and a great reminder to leave my older two’s leftovers alone - #garbagedisposalmodeoff
