    I think this app makes a lot of sense and is very convenient. I used to eat senselessly and Lose It! Helps me to see what I eat throughout the entire day and actually think ahead how many calories I have to play with. I still eat burgers and stuff but it’s a good amount and I have already lost weight.

    I have always had problems with weight fluctuations and low self esteem because of that but Loseit is amazing at helping you pin point your good and bad habits: it literally points them out! It tells you what you do good during your happy weights and what bad habits you need to break and monitors every little thing of your diet and exercise goals. Used the free version for a year and lost 20 pounds and went premium during a discounted session two weeks ago and have already lost 5 more with the meal plans and diet breakdowns. I recommend this app for anyone who is seriously trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    I love this app! It helps me track my calories and my macros! I can click on the nutritional pie graph and see how much protein I’ve consumed and how much more I need to complete My goal. Super easy, and free calories show up on my I watch! Also, I like the graph of my weight goal. 5 stars fellas!

    After years of yo-yo dieting, this is the first time I have consistently lost weight and kept it off! I have lost 20 lbs. in 8 weeks and the Lose It app is the difference. It is very user friendly and allows me to easily keep a log of the foods I eat. What I love about it is any type or brand of foods can be found in the Search tab and it keeps a list of things you eat on a regular basis so you don't have to "re-search" to find them. Excellent! I will keep using this app on my way to losing my goal of 40 lbs.

    This app is wonderful to help understand and keep track of how much and what is being eaten. I started at almost 300 pounds and I have already lost 50 in 90 days. I am confident that I will reach my goal and lose a hundred more! The app is easy to use, and the upgrade is worth every penny. Good luck and Get Tracking! Update: I have been faithfully using LoseIt! to document my caloric intake for 262 days. I have lost 95 pounds. It can be done!

    I love how I can plan ahead. I also like being able to enter my own recipes. I started at 149 (at the doctors office wearing my clothes) in April. I weighed 124.6 (7 months later) this morning.

    Since I have used LoseIt for many years now, I can look back at the history tracking info to learn of my nutrition patterns & see the awesome health changes my life has taken with LoseIt! Thanks you for always improving it too. I have told many people about it. Now my journey leads to “BRIGHTLINE Eating” so with the help of LoseIt!
