    My first experience with meditation was jumping right into a 10 day silent Vipassana retreat. It was transformative however once back in my day to day practical life it has proven difficult to sustain on a consistent basis. This app and the way Mr Harris formats each session and each lesson has given me the structure I needed to rejoin my meditation practice.
