Description

GyPSy Guide GPS driving tour of Rocky Mountain National Park is an excellent way to enjoy a sightseeing trip to explore by driving yourself. There are 135+ audio points that play automatically, featuring what to see, stories, tips and advice. All the benefits of a guided tour, the freedom to drive yourself. TOUR GUIDE AS YOU DRIVE AROUND ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK If you like driving yourself when you go sightseeing, GyPSy Guide™ tour apps allow you to enjoy a guided tour experience while remaining totally independent. By driving yourself, you'll be able to get from place to place faster, see more things and not be tied to anyone else's schedule. DON'T MISS OUT ON THE BEST SIGHTS AND STORIES The tour apps use your device’s location abilities to play the commentary AUTOMATICALLY. All you have to do is drive, listen and decide which places you want to stop at. Our tour guides have created an insightful and entertaining tour of Rocky Mountain National Park. We’ll recommend the best places to experience and some great locations that most visitors will drive by. PLAYS AUTOMATICALLY GyPSy Guide knows where you are and which direction you are heading, and plays commentary automatically about the things you are seeing, plus stories and tips and advice. EXPLORE LIKE A LOCAL It’s just like having a local friend to show you around. And that friend just happens to be a professional tour guide. GREAT VALUE The same information you would get on a bus tour or from a guide book, for just a fraction of the price. And you control the itinerary and schedule. WORKS OFFLINE No data, cellular or even wireless network connection needed while touring. Anyone can use them with no need for roaming data – even visiting from another country. DRIVING TOUR ROUTE Start the tour from either Estes Park or Grand lake. The tour includes the most popular sightseeing and much more: 1) Trail Ridge Road 2) Old Fall River Road 3) Alpine Visitor Center 4) Bear Lake 5) Horseshoe Park 6) Rock Cut 7) Gore Range Overlook The tour is designed that you can drive it one way from either side or you can drive from one entrance to another and then back. The commentary provides all the major highlights each way, but different stories depending on which way you go. NOTES Because the app is filled with audio commentary and maps, its larger than "normal" apps. If you have a limited data plan, its recommended to download over a WiFi network. ++ Continued use of GPS running in the background increases battery usage - we strongly recommend taking a cigarette style (DC outlet) car charger. This is much better than simply plugging into the USB port in a vehicle. ** iPad users - please note that WiFi-only iPads will not activate the commentary automatically. Any iPhone or network-capable iPad (WiFi + Cellular - whether you have a network connection or not) will work just fine. ABOUT US GyPSy Guide™ produce award winning audio tours along scenic drives around the world. Enjoyed by travelers who prefer to set their own pace and itinerary on vacation, but enjoy a fun, informative and educational guided experience. We love these GyPSy Guide apps! We just used it for Rocky Mountain NP and loved it! It’s worth every penny it costs. We learned so much about the park that we never would of heard of without it. It’s a must have for visiting National Parks all over. Hopefully they are making more of the parks they don’t have yet. Love love love these!

This is the second time I have used one of the gypsy guides. Two years ago I did the Canadian Rockies package and loved them. Recommended them to friends who went last year, and they agreed. So happy there was one for my first visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. It has been such a nice addition to all of the drives.

It had been a long time since we visited RMNP & it was the first trip there for our 8 year old grandson. We all enjoyed this audio tour! Great advice for detours & fun stories as well.

I’m so glad I found out about this app before my time in RMNP. Now I want one to lead me through the rest of my trip through CO.

The perfect guide for our first trip to Rocky Mountain National Park! It was like having a private guide in our car! Great info, history, information on which places were “must see”! We will definitely use again!

We went to RMNP and I had downloaded this app to see what it was about. I had really low expectations that it would be useful. I was completely blown away. We drove over trail ridge road and the info that it gave was awesome. If not for this app it would have just been a scenic drive, this app made it informative and educational. We are already talking about our next trip that we can take with GyPSy

My husband and I visited RMNP for the first time last week. It was rather frustrating to lose all cell service upon entering the park and we felt “lost”. We decided to purchase this app before we drove the Alpine Ridge Trail hoping it might give us some guidance. We were wowed! It was as if we had a tour guide with us throughout the drive. I loved all the information it provided about RMNP, the side stops and the animals that we might see during the drive. This app is well worth the money.
