    How can you say ketogenic when first ingredient in recipe us sugar?

    While some of the recipes seem great, the pictures are stock photos and not of the actual recipes, there are typos, and some of the recipes have missing ingredients!! Really? For instance, I was looking at the recipe for Buffalo Chicken Salad and they didn’t even list chicken in the ingredient list but mentioned it in the recipe. Well how the heck am I supposed to know how much chicken to use? And showing pictures of eggs on like regular toast? What are you doing to me?? Then there are totally dumb recipes like “fried eggs” telling me to fry 8 eggs. That’s it. Ooooookayyyyyy...
