2stars because its an interesting story i guess, and graphics are good But there is no game play at all whatsoever. Its ur typical indie/millennial emo story that u watch like a movie and touch ur screen once in a while and it forces u to do what u should so no challenge not even a game at all. I couldn't bare it another minute. Get more action turning the pages of a book. Guess I'm old school action gamer but glad i didn't grow up with this stuff. Its breeding socially awkward dry and lazy hipsters lol. Would make a good book or movie tho.
  • Great game

I love everything about this game. I got stuck in the flashlight scene in episode 5 though. My reactions aren’t good enough for all that dodging. But multiple choice parts and the story as a whole were great. I watched endings on YouTube so I didn’tmiss out on much. I didn’t finish due to flashlight scene, just not my type of gameplay on that part. But overall I love it. So consider this a 4 1/2 Star.
  • Soooo... I walked into a black void

I was excited & surprised to see a compressed unreal engine port title on the app store congrats to Dontmod!!! So I downloaded it. Because it was not only an ambitious new best seller to play offline on and not only was I intrigued by the technological break through more much less the lame corny story that’s untraditional and liberal I realized I was hyped. I immediately began playing the free episode and I plan to purchase the entire game in the near future. But, Onto the problem I started episode I and I began at the light house and I wake up in the classroom. Then I Take Selfie, Victoria Chase Ridicules me. Then class is dismissed Jefferson stops me at the door; the conversation ends. I try to leave then I walk Into a black void the only exit in the room I can’t see back I can’t see ahead for, now the game is unplayable unless i restart i have not tried. What’s supposed to happen is Max leaves and the cutscene camera shifts to her leaning on a wall and inserting her headphones in and the music + intro begin. I understand it’s a hard feat to port crazy large games like this so just fix the bug and I will change my rating and I plan on buying the game anyways. I realize after looking at the reviews that there are several bugs on other devices too old and new. I have an iPhone 8 that’s one of the most recent models of the A11 bionic chip so its more than capable of running this theres no excuses. I hope to here more from dontnod and square get more games like beyond two souls & life is strange. ***Update I did restart episode I I made it to the bathroom scene where max sees Chloe die and she hits the fire alarm. The cutscene ends when Chloe & Nathan leave except now I cannot exit the bathroom the door it wont trigger the cutscene when Max walks into the hallway and gets stopped by the principal before she leaves the school. This needs to be fixed this game is unplayable for now.

I have the iPhone 7 and it worked fine till I get to Chloe’s room once I get to Chloe’s room it tells me find a disc then it glitches she tells me to downstairs to get the tools for the camera but when it won’t let me go downstairs it won’t even give me the option too once in out of her room I payed 3-4$ for this episode and plan on buying the last four but if it’s gonna glitch I will sadly delete it not support it anymore is anyone else having this problem? Any feed back from the developers would be nice
  • Worked but updated and suddenly stopped

    By sammieflo
I love this game and purchased it recently. However, since the most recent update it won’t work on my iPhone 7(plus). The opening credits and opening screen work perfectly but when I go to continue the chapter it’s just a black screen with flashes of graphics. The graphics usually then fade away and I’m unable to click anything and so I try clicking pause and it exits me out of the game. There’s some glitch that they need to fix.
  • I Love It!

This is one of my favorite games ever created! I’m so happy it was made for the iPhone. The game itself is simply beautiful and the storyline keeps you entertained the whole way through! You can really feel the emotions of the characters and understand them. This was amazingly done! I can’t wait for before the storm!
  • How do I check my phone/journal?

    By TåtërTøt
I downloaded this game on 4-15-18. I was really excited to see that this game was now available for iOS. I downloaded the season pass (because I love the game that much) but there is only one problem. When Max wakes up from her vision of the tornado, there is an option to read your journal. I selected the read button, but nothing happened. I clicked it again, still nothing. After Max triggers the alarm and goes outside, Warren texts her, yet there is no icon that helps me get to the phone to see what Warren asked. I’ve gone to the internet for answers and I found that some people have a journal icon in the upper right hand corner of their screen. I don’t have that icon. It is strange to me because my iOS device isn’t old, it’s an iPad Air. How does one get to the phone? Please help.
