  • Don’t get Wally

    By jax&dazet
It automatically changes your account to premium and if you don’t change it back it will charge you for it after a certain amount of days.. but there is no way to change it back and nobody answers emails. And there’s no way to delete your account permanently
  • Refund now !!!!

    By juju of nazareth
Impossible to synchronise a group family account with my wife even though we both paid the premium $32 package I requested help to no avail they ignore all comments I now expect a REFUND before I put in a claim with American Express and blast your reputation on social media - I already sent an email complaint to your team last chance to clean up your act thank you . They are obviously ignoring me, their crappy app doesn't work, I haven't received a REFUND, so I will blast iTunes and social media about their TERRIBLE software and customer support. good luck with plunging ratings.
  • No está mal

    By laclaune
  • Frustrating

    By Auter2000
I was an early adopter of Wally Lite. It was easy to use, fast and straight forward. Though you couldn’t really do a lot with it, other than basic things, I liked the ‘mind’ of the developers. So I was happy when they came out with the Next app. I bough it early and waited months before the migration happened. I feel scammed. There is so much clatter in this app. It’s useless. Everything is a pain. Wish I could have my money back. You guys had it and then totally lost it.
  • Too complicated!!!

    By Leo will
I was looking for an app to quickly and simply track my spending against budget. The wally lite app is much simpler and easy to use. The wally next app was just over the top and way too complicated to learn. I looked around online for videos in using the new app. Found nothing. I'm deleting the app and now looking for something better or will go back to wally lite. Wally next is not worth the money or the time unless you have an abundance of both.
  • Bad luck comes in three(stars)

    By J Swett
At first, this budgeting app seemed like everything I needed: support for international currency and different currencies for different accounts, geotagging for an easy to track system, a handy insights page, and manual input for those of us with banks that don't play with apps like Mint. But my experience started to crumble from there. One star is lost for the very hard to learn and rather buggy interface. Inputs are slow and a bit cumbersome at first. It's not a deal breaker, but it definitely hinders the experience. The second star is lost to the subscription service. A $35 "lifetime power up" (aka full application) is out of the budget, but this isn't even marketed. Instead, you can pay for auto-renewing subscriptions to different features of the app. That would add up to over $10 a month for a simple application. This is ridiculous for an underdeveloped app with no support and no desktop version. The final and most significant star is lost to the non-existent customer support. Upon signing up, you receive 5 days of emails with tips and tricks, and all of which include a message along the lines of: "As part of our 2018 resolution to strengthen our community, we're starting this January by exclusively focusing on learning and hearing from you... Help us improve and get your 30-day free trial of Wally Premium extended for the rest of 2018 or even lifetime... Sharing your feedback is easy. Just reply to this email, or from anywhere in the app, take a screenshot to comment." This was an exciting prospect. As a person trying to make a budget, I could really use the features but can't really afford to cough up $35 once, or even the subscription service every month. So I sent an extensive review and feedback to the CEO's email (this is provided as the "reply to this email" option) and waited. And waited. And waited. Once bugs started popping up (for about a week, the app crashed on launch and I couldn't even open it) I tried contacting the support. And waited. No reply, ever. I checked my spam, I refreshed my inbox, and I'm still waiting to this day. When the day finally comes that they reply to me, maybe I'll rephrase my harsh words. But alas; these reviews seem to be falling on deaf ears.
  • Can’t open on iPhone X

    By MuffinCake1pr
I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s great but when I got the new iPhone it won’t open anymore. Please fix!
  • Can’t use password manager

    By sxr71
Any app that makes me think of and enter a password doesn’t get used. I need integration with Apple password manager or just direct to the website where I can use Safari to create a password. There are too many apps and services and passwords for any human to remember them all. We all know recycling passwords is bad news. What happens if this company gets hacked? It happens to the biggest like Equifax.
  • Good application

    By Ameya.!
This is a good application but there should be a field for adding a description for the payment
  • Don’t recommend it

    By amengu
If you want to check old expenses, You have to pay for it. You want to export your expenses YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. You think you can add expenses quickly, you can’t. First you click add expenses , scroll to choose store, add price, click ok and some genius thought it is a good idea to click done again. So I don’t mind paying for app, but paying for just checking past expenses, it is a scam.
