I’ve used this app for a long time without having to buy the premium version to “sync across all devices”. It was working fine and I loved it. But when I get on now, I’m not able to see all my passwords and my login because it said that I have it on another device!!! My phone is the ONLY device I’ve had this app on! So now it’s spend money or go back to all my account and click “forgot my password.” Thanks.
  • After update it wont let me see my passwords

Of course this is a great app and does the job well. There is however room for improvement. Please make it possible to import passwords from Chrome or other password protector apps like LastPass, 1Password etc for people who'd like to move to Remembear from other sources. I hope this is taken under consideration.

The bear is sooooo cute!! And it’s very helpful and i don’t have to type my password in every time i log into a different app!! Also, it does lock the app and you can use a finger print scanner to enter. It’s perfect!!

I loved the cutesy animations and all so I put all my passwords onto the app (knowing that it’s the free version and it’s only a trial). After the trial was over, I wasn’t able to access ANY of my passwords because it says I registered these passwords on another device. What other device? My phone is the only device I have! I tried writing them through the /support page but haven’t heard back. There’s no phone number or actual email so I can keep track! If someone from the company is reading this, please contact me ASAP!

It really needs an import feature. I have way to many saved passwords to sit there and copy them all down then type them in
  • It's nice. But, pleasant surprise

I love the bear puns, it's simple to use and very clean. I hate that when I bought a new phone my passwords didn't carry over even though I backed my phone up on iCloud. I have an account with RememBear so I can get my passwords back, if I pay $35.99/year. Which I don't want to do. But I have to pay it because technically I only have access to it on ONE phone, even though I no longer own my old phone. Also I'm still waiting on RememBear to have an Apple Watch app, more entry options for password and card entries and also photo entries. Until then I'm looking for a new password keeper that's cheaper and has everything I need.
