    In a time of companies taking & sharing + selling user data with no transparency about how it is used or truly by who TRUTHFULLY T-Mobile Tuesdays is hardly "free" actually every participant that is involved with the product profits off our use of what is being given out. More so all the companies involved then we the customers. In fairness the T-Mobile swag and marketing give outs like umbrellas or hats sunglasses and t-shirts are great and welcome and when the app first started was a much better ratio customer win vs corporate companies win which is almost 100% now everything corporate winning. Several things are just like hmmm guess they've given up or the offers are the same as what can be found on many company's own websites as giveaways or just a simple email or tweet can get you the same or even better offers. Sooo now days you have think how much is your user data worth and what value you put on that and if the trade off is really worth it. T-Mobile helped drive down cellular cost and upend many things that were wrong in wireless but as they've grown they are sadly losing some of that edge that brought all the masses. We'll see this next year how John and the T-Mobile gang have a real balance between customer and corporate and selling the customer down the river for greater profits and bigger bonuses or continuing be the uncarier. Best thing happen in 2017 was Sprint saying no.

T-Mobile Tuesday is at it again we ran out of the Thank You gifts at all of our stores i could be ok if instead of saying we want to thank you but being honest and choosing a few random numbers or something nooooo they get your hopes up tell you they have a gift waiting for you only to have you run from store to store hoping one of them has some left i give up i will start telling them to just send it to me if they really want to thank me do me a favor save me the gas frustration and humiliation they know my address

    App just won’t work on my iPhone X (iOS 11.2.5). Every time I load the app it tells me “our wires got crossed”. Clicking refresh produces the same error. It’s been this way for months. Please fix your app so I can get baseball!!!
  • Waste of time

    I told my daughter not to hit redeem until she verified that our store had the umbrellas in stock. I’m so tired of every time you have something for me to redeem it’s out of stock. I really wanted that umbrella.Plus most of the stuff that is offered is no where near me. I’m taking this T-Mobile Tuesday app off my phone as this is a complete waste of my time.

    Used to be good but so many hoops now. For example today: 1 free rental from vudu I sign up and try to redeem thru my x box and vudu disables my acct so I can’t login Or the other offer : 20$ from dining advantage. I signup and go into their website and app only to find that the 20$ is registered nowhere in my acct. t mobile offers no directions on their app, neither does dining advantage so it’s reaLly an attempt to get their customers more signups

    I have had Verizon as my first cell phone carrier way back when there where bag phones. Having them for years I wanted an I phone i could not get one on Verizon. I stayed loyal and didn’t switch until my sister gave me my first iPhone then went to AT&T had them for three iPhones was being overcharged I thought so tried sprint horrible. So decided to go back to AT&T went back with them tried a Samsung four note junk I kept dropping calls AT&T was no help so I bought out my contract and went back to Verizon had them for a year and a half knew I was being overcharged and switch to T-Mobile over a year ago fantastic customer service I’ve never had a problem with my phone and they’re always there to help me so T-Mobile Tuesdays is a plus thank you.

    I can’t even open the app since the app was updated. It’ll glitch and sometimes it’ll get to the main screen, but it always freezes on a solid pink screen. Please fix
