The CoaguChek XS mPOC App is an accessory to Roche CoaguChek coagulation single-user systems. It transfers data from these devices to the CoaguChek Link IT solution, a Patient Self Testing (PST) and Health Care Professional (HCP) portal for coagulation monitoring. mPOC kit requires Bluetooth LE, available on iPhone 4S or later or iPad 3 or later. • Attention-App requires an Upgraded SmartClip

    By Hecticmama
I looked thru all our materials for the QR Code needed to register for app use. Finally called Roche and tech support explained that we are using the original mPOC transmission system, which includes the CoaguChek XS meter, the SmartClip, and a 2Net Hub that plugs into a wall outlet. The new upgrade will use the meter, a new improved SmartClip, and bluetooth connection to the mPOC app in lieu of the 2net hub. Ask your CoaguChek Patient Services rep if you are interested in an upgrade. You may have to pay for the new SmartClip.
  • Roche Coagucheck meter & Bluetooth xmission to the app.

Like the Roche blood thinner testing unit. Setup was easy and connection to Blue T a breeze. App is real simple, no extras just receives results then sends it to main ofc & they call your doctors ofc with results.
  • Can't register with serial #

    By Non acceptor
My machine has no qr code on it. I have had it for several years. The serial # has a bar code, but neither it nor entering the # works. Too bad, I guess...
  • Not free

    By Cbrig17
I downloaded the app and tried to register my CoaguChek. According to CoaguChek customer service, the app is not free and you have to pay in order to actually use it. That should be stipulated somewhere in the description of the app.
  • Suggested feature

    By KI7YY
The app works great but it would be even better if we could order supplies from it. Just a suggestion.
  • Transmits okay, but that's all it does

    By PaLySa
While the app transmits okay, it would be nice if it would also store the values and allow note taking and dosage information.
  • Results please!

    By finger pricker
The app links to the INR test device, and transmits the data just like it should. However, that's it's only function. It'd be great if it could completely eliminate the need to login on a pc. Still, I'm glad to at least have this.
  • Good, but app could be better

    By charitmnacho
I love that I no longer have to manually enter my test results on the website. The transmission is fast from my machine. I only wish that the app would show a history of all my test results submitted.
  • Did not come with reader

    By Hillbilly swifts
Please make sure I get the reader and I can up the stars! This would be so much simpler to do every week...
