  • Gmail Calendar does not work properly

I’ve been struggling to like the app, I even purchased the lifetime subscription, however it is still buggy. The calendar is not displaying conference call information (phone number, pin and hangouts link). I have to go on my laptop to get it. I also can’t update meetings easily. When I try to update it, it removes all attendees and I have to manually re-add them. Should not have to do that.
  • Subscription model needs to go

Love the product but cannot justify a subscription to something that is not as rich in features as you would think. Give us something worth a subscription to and I could see the selling point. Until then I am sticking with the vanilla Apple email.
  • Push not working

Just updated to version 1.2.3. Push from Exchange and Zimbra still spotty. Submitted feedback to support twice. Never heard back. The subscription model now also offers a perpetual license. At 14.99 perpetual I will probably still buy it because I know from Android that this developer is top notch and the product will eventually be a 5 Star. Just not sure why support is ignoring me.

I have been waiting since 2016 for this app to come to iOS as I thoroughly enjoyed it on Android. Thank you for this app and the lifetime payment model!!!!! I love you guys!
  • Doesn’t Update Properly - IPad Pro 10.5, IOS 11.2.6

I use this app on my Android phone for my work email (Exchange based) because it lets me keep work and personal email separated. I highly recommend it. So I was excited to see 9 now available for iPad with landscape mode enabled. But it doesn’t update until I open the app. I’m also running my work email in the MS Outlook app to compare with 9, and Outlook updates fine and gives notifications, but 9 does not. Notifications and background refresh are enabled, so unless there is some hidden setting (I’ve looked everywhere) I’ll (unfortunately) just have to keep using Outlook. I am hopeful that a future update will fix my update problem... then it gets another star.
  • Great app but horrible its. Software as a service

I love nine on android it was a one time purchase. This is a recurring fee and I refuse to do software as a service for me it’s and instant customer loss. Pease rethink your model.
  • Need to fix Push

Love the look of the app. Loved the app on Android. I don't mind paying the subscription price as it's reasonable as compared to Newton. However, Push doesn't work 90% of the time. Got Support involved. However, haven't heard back from them in over a week and the issue wasn't fixed in the latest release. Won't be using...or paying for...the app until that's fixed.
  • Coming from Android...

This is the one app I would pay $50 for. The business model clearly tries to gouge iOS users yet the most important function (push notifications) doesn’t even work. Please fix as this is the only app I truly need on a day to day basis.

The app is nice but the business model is not. I’d like the option to buy once forever at a higher price.
