Every time I would try to get premium it would say,” alert purchase could not be set at this time.” Or something like that it’s sad because I really want to watch my hero academia please fix this bug so I can watch it please Funimation please....................

I prefer dub when watching anime because it’s easier for me to follow and it increases my enjoyment, so naturally this app is perfect for me. I’m just sad that it runs a little slow, I have to click the start button a few times before I get a response and when I’m looking for a show to watch, it’s difficult to scroll through the different titles... other than that though this app is pretty great :)

Two star because it at least works, hasn’t crashed on me, and I can use it on my phone. Works better as a Roku app. Problems: the ten second skip actually only does 8 seconds. Every time you press the 10 second skip it doesn’t stack, so when you are trying to skip the recap and opening cuz you have seen it a hundred times and have already just seen the last episode, it takes longer then it needs to take. Regular pauses after you skip. Not becuase I paused it, but because the system is so poorly optimized it’s trying to think, but both YouTube and Hulu app have no problems with that and are loaded instantly if not in milliseconds. I have to put subtitles back on each episode. Dub or sub, I always have to turn them on for each individual episode. Really stupid that I have to do that. Again, it’s so weird that the Roku app works so much better, and keeps my subtitle on! Fix your app! I love to be able to watch this on my phone when I’m not home, but their is so many inconveniences and just clunky. Look at what YouTube and Hulu is doing, copy them, optimize your code! In Spend 6 bucks a month for Funimation, I expect it to be more than broken to barely functional.

Some one hacked my dads card so we had to cancel it so when my dad got his new card we set up the account again (be they canceled it) and purchased premium with the one month free trial. So I go to watch a show with my dad and it says “You must subscribe” so I was like ok I will just contact them and I had to wait 6 business days and When then got back to me it was a totally unrelated subject and I was like ok I will cancel the subscription and purchase premium again and then maybe it will work, but it did not so now I do not know what to do with this and I’m just going to go back to watching anime illegally I guess.
  • Won’t activate premium account

What I don’t like about this app is that I keep trying to activate a premium account. I’m paying, but the account won’t activate. That’s bad business on their half.
  • REALLY PAY THE EPISODES WHILE SOME ARE FREE

Created Account, Signed in, got confirmation of charges (after free month). Funimation app doesn’t recognize after an hour. Sure ... I know I can’t go to the website to pay there, the blog shows that this is a HUGE problem that they don’t seem to want to fix (or answer). Looks like a way to avoid the App Store tax. If you can’t do the little things you probably can’t execute on other stuff that is important. I would pay $1 a month to be able to cancel without dealing with individual streamer. Cancelled.
