And they really care about their players. Some people will always complain about spending, but for anyone who spent on game of war, this is nothing... a weeks worth of gow spending for a rally lead will have you on top for a month. Good fun, lots of old friends escaping Athenas wrath
  • Was Good - Sadly getting worse and Poor Support

Two stars going toward one. I regret to post a negative review. I’ve really tried to keep an open mind as I would really like to see a less greedy alternative to Machine Zone. This is better in that it is doubtful you’ll spend as much however when you need to reliable game play (in the heat of battle or with shields) this vendor has fallen short. A redeeming quality has been a caring support group. They started off that way. Sadly they have become entirely non-responsive and when you do get a response, contentious, insisting your games no experience couldn’t possibly be as you report (even if you are experienced, prompt, detailed and have screen shots. A last straw occurred during a pivotally important battle. I trap so timing is important. Just as I was about to spring a trap - game error pops up. I lost significant troops I should never have lost. In fact, the attacker should have encountered a FULLY OPERATIONAL BATTLE STATION. Instead, bunnies (and not the Monty Python kind either). Their focus is on a big merge so they have been unresponsive through many days. Historically they trust their “systems” more than any players experience (no matter how many people report the same negative experiences). They had a terrible problem with shield expiring sooner than the timer in the city setting indicated, yet if you didn’t have a screen shot of a timer with the clock on your device visible (time stamps on files don’t count evidently) and similar screen shot of exactly when an attack took place that shouldn’t have, no joy. At least this was solved when they finally created a report when a shield goes up. IMO and experience, this game requires you to pay to be competitive, so disregard anything to the contrary. Do you really want to pay only to have the game fail at a pivotally important time, with no satisfaction on resolution? To be fair, I’ve heard some players report satisfaction. They are in the minority. Sad to have wasted so much time.

I’ve spent almost $4,000 playing this game over the last two years. I’ve been charged for purchases multiple times without delivery. There are near constant issues with the game. I lost $2,000 in troops during a bug problem and I’ve been waiting for almost a year for the developers to fix the problem. I just don’t think the game is worth the effort.
